We have tried Penne for Your Thoughts a couple years ago at the food truck and really liked it but it wasn't near us again on a night we could go. So it's exciting they are now at a permanent location so we can go any time!\\n\\nThe menu is much bigger than when it was just a food truck when we last went.\\n\\nThe staff was super polite and nice and our food was prompt.\\n\\nMy husband got the \\\"Undercover Spice\\\" pasta and loved it. I liked it too but I loved mine the most.\\n\\nI got the \\\"Can't Steak My Eyes Off of You\\\" and man. SO GOOD! I am not a huge fan of balsamic vinegar but I wanted to try it the way they fixed it so I did and it was delicious still. I might not get the balsamic on a future trip but we'll see.\\n\\nMy girls (6\\u00268) split a kids Mac \\u0026 cheese and we still had leftovers. It's basically the same size as an adult portion but just macaroni and cheese. They liked it but got too full to finish so we took it home for leftovers.\\n\\nExcited for the brick and mortar location and we expect to be back! Fun, memorable names for each dish and super nice staff. Very clean inside. (Didn't visit the restroom so I can't comment on that but it was very bright and inviting.)

I've eaten at the new S. Northshore location a couple times and everything I've had has been awesome!! The ranch dressing is homemade and the best I've ever had. I also like that the portions are large so I usually have enough for leftovers :-)
Went to the new location on Northshore and it was fantastic! I got the Grinder sandwich and it was delicious. Highly recommend!
Tried the new bedrock and mortar location. Food was so delicious. Flatbread was great. Nice clean place for lunch or dinner
my wife and i try it last night and it was so good. The staff on the food truck was great and helpful and i hope they come back to creekside soon. I will give them 5 stars ? ? ? ? ?
This is an excellent spot for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is fun and the food is delicious! The food truck has always been awesome and the new menu items at the store are amazing! The ice cream spaghetti is so fun and worth a try for a special treat.

The Pasative Thinking was absolutely delicious and so were Fries (Oh How Time Fries). The house made ranch was some of my favorite ranch I’ve ever had!I highly recommend this place!!
We got married 12/95/21 at the Trillium Venue in Sevierville. It is on top of a mountain and only has a prep kitchen. It was very important for us to have great food as my hubby is a chef and it was the top priority on his list. After several tastings I brought up the idea of a food truck since the food would be cooked fresh and not be sitting in hot boxes for hours. At first he was reluctant but kept an open mind. I set up a tasting with Geoff from Penne for your thoughts and we were blown away! The tasting was amazing and we really liked Geoff. Then the day of the wedding the food was served- and just as at our tasting, we were blown away again! Everyone raved about the food! Beyond catering- I have visited their location at Marble City Market several times and highly recommend everything! Loved the naan of your business sandwich! Love to support this local family and their amazing talents (also shout out to Geoffs wife for her amazing marketing and puns- I really appreciate them)
