The food and drinks were good. The service was great. We only had one server due to shortage of staff, but he was terrific!
Pelanchos May be my favorite restaurant in Knoxville! The food is amazing, the service is great, the place is a vibe, and the outdoor seating makes it so much more enjoyable on cool summer nights. My favorite Meal here is the Burrito Supremo and although Many different restaurants have a similar meal, Pelancho’s is my absolute favorite. If you have the chance, definitely stop by and try this place!
The service was great. The margartis were perfect. I had the carne asada. It was okay. A little tough. My sister had loaded nachos with chicken which she enjoyed. My neice had a taco salad and flan. She said they were good but she finished neither.
The tacos and enchiladas tasted the same, only difference was the taco had a corn tortilla and the enchilada had flour tortilla. Worse enchilada sauce, didn't taste like enchilada sauce and had diced tomatoes. The Margarita tasted like cleaning solution, I sent one back and ordered a 2nd (different kind) but they brought the same kind and it tasted awful. I didnt have a drink at all. The restroom was dirty, the floor was filthy, looked like they hadn't mopped the floor in at least a monthWe will not be going back.
They where understaffed but friendly and got me my soda when it was empty. Good service and excellent desert!
First time here. Large menu including vegetarian options. Awesome salsa with the chips. Excellent chicken enchiladas and pork tamales with a tangy salsa Verde. Good cocktails. Great service even though we had a group of 24. I'll return.
Food was cold. The kids meals are microwaved. Buns on burgers were rock hard. The food had no spices on them. Have ate at this place for 15 years at least and this was the last time. Would never go back! Bathrooms are nasty. Floors are dirty with food and trash.
Great atmosphere and good. Got the chicken Burrito Supremo. Very delicious and filling. My wife got the mini chimis and really enjoyed her dish as well.
Aguacate relleno and strawberry margarita = delicious.Waiter = terrible.No drink refills, no how's your food? No checking in.
Food was cold, and curbside pick up isn't curbside pick up. You still have to enter the building. I called the location to let them know I was out front and they refused to bring out the order. I am wondering why the web site has listed curbside pick up.
