Best bagels in town, and the unique dynamic for Knoxville to pre order and window front works for most. My only complaint is steadily everything has been getting progressively saltier, including the food at their sister sandwich shop. So hoping the owners and bakers can take that into consideration and modify the salt. Otherwise super happy to keep supporting both places, and certainly a staple of North Knox.

The best bagels I have had in Knoxville! We had Asiago and everything! They were so good! Everything I expect from a good bagel! Also got the sourdough but we’re trying that tonight with dinner but it’s a pretty decent size loaf and I am really excited to eat that crusty sourdough bread!If you don’t know how to parallel park it might be a little difficult to try to park. There’s only road parking. It is next to a cemetery and there are some homeless people walking around but that’s just like everything in downtown Knoxville. You still feel extremely safe.
Absolutely delicious! Nitro cold brew was out of this world and their bagels are phenomenal! 1000/10 would recommend this place! The staff is sweet and very professional! This is a Knoxville treasure in my book!
Delicious bagels and it's really fun doing creative combinations with the shmear! A bagel and a coffee from remedy is a great combination, but you gotta watch out because they run out of ingredients pretty frequently.
Apparently the only place in Knoxville to get fresh baked bread. It's no Tartine, but it doesn't disappoint either. I've been here only a couple weeks and have already eaten... 6 loaves?
Very high quality breads! The bagels were especially wonderful. Perfect balance of crusty outside and soft and chewy interior. I got a few hot bagels and it blew my mind. It’s a cute spot tucked away. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town.
Awesome bagel shop that gives Russ and Daughters (of NY) a run for their money! Bagels have a perfectly crisp crust and soft body. They don't offer standard staples like pickled herring but have a full array of bagels and cream cheeses, lox etc.
Delish bagel sandwich, love the everything bagels because they are completely covered with “everything” spices on bottom AND top! Note that there is no indoor dining, just a walk up window. You can take your food and eat in Remedy coffee shop next door. They yell your name from the window when order is ready. It was cold so I ordered Remedy coffee and waited inside. Would be great if they could coordinate with Remedy so you don’t have to go outside again and again to check on food order. (Maybe ordering online would have given me text updates, idk). I would also like the cheese garlic loaf to be much stronger in both flavors. Loves that it was nice and moist. The smells are mouth-watering!
The bagels here were a great mix of chewy and light. Cacio y Pepe was my fav, especially as a BEC sando. Bacon and Calabrian Chili Schmeers we're both excellent.
