Have always like this place to eat a little brunch. It's very tasteful and fresh. Service is speedy and the self serve style of this franchise has always intrigued me.The food is flavorful. The pizza we got was very subtle and not too salty or greasy. The coffee I got was a very good roast and after a bit of mixing it finally tasted good with the caramel syrup I ordered.The prices are a bit up there though, very similar to Starbucks but without the customizations. Staff are always sweet
Can't really eat here, but my partner likes it. Everytime I've been in the store, it's always been clean, the lobby has been stocked, they seem to be working effectively, and online orders always seem to he on time (as someone who works in the food industry, I was pleased to see how well it was). The inside is also just pleasant and their coffee is pretty good.
As a local guide, find another store to go to.Do NOT eat here, apparent staffing issues.°This store's manager walked off the job mid-shift.°They have children working there that cannot handle situations properly.°Store hours posted on the door don't match the IVR or website.°Training, training, training....is lacking.°Had to call multiple times to get a refund due to store hours not being posted properly.
The food was good but the service was poor. Had to ask for bread with my soup. No spoon to eat it with. They forgot my cookie that I ordered. And the attitude I received will keep me from going back.
Always amazing food and service! Love eating here when I get the chance. Definitely a must for the bagels and sourdough bread.
When they are open which seems to be a rare occasion as of late, the last few times we were actually able to get there when they are open they are out of half the items on the menu our food was old and cold they were out of tea both of the last times we went. I help run a business in town I know help is hard to come by but this location either needs to be closed down or better management needs to be put in place I travel all over the country and never have I see a Panera this bad.
I'm glad we were able to at least stay and eat at the restaurant this time. Lately it has only been app order and take out due to lack of workers. I'm thankful for the ones who come in to work. I want to be sure they know we appreciate them being there!!
Always an issue when i go to this location. Last time they never brought my food out curbside. After 10 minutes, i went and got it myself. This time, the lady didn’t ring up my cream cheese so to the back of the line a rude lady sent me and i had to purchase $1.50 of cream cheese. The. When i get home my order was wrong. I ordered sausage and not floppy bacon. I understand be short staff, but providing good customer service is still achievable.

I wanted to dine in but seating was limited so I had to get my order to go . Once I got home and opened my meal up the soup that I order for my soup for a bread bowl was so small and not worth what I had to pay for it. So having to take it home I've now learnt how little soup you get for the amount of money you pay ?
