Leave an option in the app to use their rapid pick up, so I place my order a small one not a huge deal. I walk in and they have a sign saying to go to the register to get your pick up order, and that line is out of the door. I wait for 10 minutes and the line moves maybe three or four people. I placed the order 45 minutes, so I've been waiting about an hour for a stupid cookie and a drink. Don't give an option to do something, then take that option away. That's a lie.
i got a bread bowl mac and cheese as per usual and it was cold this time, i ordered it for down in but they made it as a to go meaning i had to set my bread bowl on the table and didn’t eat the outside bc it was dirty. the bread and mac and cheese were ICE cold.
Your app is horrible. Please update it with what is and what is not in stock. Also, speaking of what is NOT in stock, since the name of the restaurant is Panera BREAD it would be really awesome if the bakery wasn't out of every single item on the menu. AND it would be great to not find out everything is out of stock AFTER you submit your order online. Seriously, is anyone even working there? Did your bakery close down? Is it still functional? It doesn't seem like. Get it together, Panera.
manager named keith i believe yelled at an employee in front of many customers and was disrespectful to the point of a customer telling him to treat his employees better. scares me of what he says to his employees not in front of customers. there’s never ever a need to be so unprofessional in front of customers if there’s an issue. i’ve had friends work here in the past and have horrible experiences as employees. do better :(
We love Panera in Turkey Creek, especially when it's not raining, the patio seating is plentiful! It does get pretty crowded on rainy days, but the food is always tasty and the coffee is better than most places.

Called to let them know I needed a large order and the reason I didn’t order on line is because I needed to pay in store. And on line makes you pay on line. ( I had cash) and yeah I have credit card but some may not!! The manager was very Rude!! Would not take the order, so that’s okay. Just was calling in to help you out!! I’ll just arrive and you will be stumped with a huge order… thanks, no thanks!!
