Today was the 4th and last time I will ever eat at this Panda Express location. I Have not had one positive experience here and I rarely complain. Yesterday they gave me the wrong order and today i got my plate remade with a 12 inch hair wrapped up in my sesame chicken. The rice is always undercooked and the noodles are always so dry you have to drink water with them to get them down. Orange chicken has always been cold and undercooked. this store is new but it has been open long enough to have properly trained employees. As the manager of a restaurant myself, if myself or my team messes up I want to go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of... I definitely did not get that vibe today. I felt like I was an inconvenience and a burden and I will not be going back in there again. Just drive 5 miles to the fountain City location, it's worth it!
I have never had an issue with panda Express until this location opened. It's like they are not participating in cooked food or good tasting food. I've been 2 times and both times the rice was undercooked. The meat felt like a different texture than it should have and it was so dry I had to ask for it to be stirred before my portion was made and it was still nasty. Don't go waste your money go somewhere else.
Not happy at all! Order online payed with card. Show up 20 mins later to the dining room closed and I have to wait in the drive thru line which had 10-12 cars in front of me. Waited for anotjer 25 mins in drive thru..I called a asked if someone could bring the food to the door and was told "wait in line" nothing else like I am sorry or we can not do anything about it just "wait in line"
NASTY FOOD! I felt nauseous right after eating. Don’t eat here. The rice was undercooked & so were the noodles. I ordered a side of teriyaki chicken that came with a side of hair and lint. Disgusting. I ordered 2 plates & only received 1 fork and 1 fortune cookie. This place just opened and it’s horrible!! Don’t waste your money. My first & last time coming here.
I was thrilled that a Chinese place with a drive thru was opening up. The I actually stopped in and tried your food. Twice. It was very gross and I won’t bother wasting my money there again.The sad thing is that you opened a location within a 1,000 feet of another Chinese restaurant called Panda Garden. Your drive-through probably put them out of business. They actually have good food.If you are a Chinese restaurant and you can’t even cook rice properly. Please shut your doors
Upon my first vist on the day of opening, the food was good. Though now I have been served crunchy undercooked rice twice. I hope they work on what I believe to be poor cooking habits.
BEWARE! If I could give a negative star I would. We waited over 15 minutes for our food and when I went in to inquire it still wasn’t ready. Manger, “Zack”, was extremely rude and made a scene in front of everyone when I asked for a refund. He refused to give me one. I asked him to write his name down and he would not. I asked for a pen to write it down myself. He told me to call the 800 number on the back. The number doesn’t work btw, then he straight up walked away from me. I ended up paying over $20, waited for over 15 minutes, didn’t even get my food, & now have to figure out how to get my money back. Absurd misconduct from someone who is supposed to be appointed to take care of their customers. Wow. Never. Going. Back.
Panda Express is the only Chinese restaurant that I can trust, I saw and heard lots Chinese restaurants has very bad food safety environment. But Panda Express they have open kitchen and all you can see they are very clean and professional. I am glad this one is vey close to my home.
Brand spankin’ new ! So happy this location opened right down the street! Food was fantastic as always, staff was incredibly helpful, and of course the environment was spacious and spotless! Please help support this awesome, new Panda location!
