My kids love the noodles from here..the noodles in a medium is great priced for the medium noodles...I went two weeks ago the service was awesome want this last week and o my word the girl working window was very rude. I know people have bad days but this was beyond a bad additude..I will try it one more time if I get same service as past time I won't be back!
We reached at 910 pm. First they had locked the doors. As per timings, they are supposed to entertain customers for walk in till 930 pm. Then when we reached the drive through, the lady told us that they have only orange chicken and nothing else in chicken. And they can't make fresh chicken even if we were to wait. Unprofessional and lazy attitude.
First of all I Love Panda Express, this review is more directed at this location. Don't even bother going here after 8:30PM. They never have the full menu available, no change that, they never have a quarter of the menu available. I understand you want to keep food costs down and don't want to waste food, however if you turn customers away because lack of product just shut the doors at 9PM instead of 10.
This is usually a favorite place to grab a quick bite to eat but last Saturdays meal effected my constitution with such force that I'm uncertain I will dine there again. My meal sat on the line for 20 minutes before I was able to pay. The customer a head of me kept changing their minds and since the food was already bagged up was given to them. There were plenty of people behind the counter but no one was in charge. After dealing with 2 days of fever and a healthy dose of the shitz I think I've had enough. If I could give them a fortune cookie it might read .....wash your hands to save on others purchasing toilet paper.
Was really good, however,part of it was incorrect they gave me something I didn't order,but it was tasty any way...got it thru the drive thru...it's good to always check before you drive off!
Everything I wanted out of a Panda Express experience. Came in, food was ready, got it quickly, servers were easy going and polite. Seating is clean and spacious. Maybe its my luck but lately everywhere people have been rude or confusing and the food was terrible..not here. Was super fast and relaxing. Thanks guys.
Foods okay. Not the best location in town. Mostly came here to let job hunters know that in the present this place will hire you on with decent hourly pay but will not give hours that equal minimum wage or even close to. Seek that desperate employment pay elsewhere.
It suxed!! Waited outside for 15 mins on teriyaki chicken and fried rice for dinner and got 15 mins down the road and find out no chicken!!? Lol ?? plenty of rice ???! Gen manager no help! Corporate office no help, plus 14 mins to answer so the Apple's don't fall far from the tree! Was on interstate so didn't turn around but called 2 Days later and NO ONE CARES!! Let Michael with an A know what ya think ?!!
I tried Panda Express in Nashville a few years back, and it wasn’t good. On February 8th, 2022, I tried it in Knoxville and it was the best I’ve ever had! Whoever were the chefs this night deserve raises! I will be coming back. Well done!
Not even sure why they’re open, if you go after 7PM they pretty much are guaranteed to only have rice. I remember the days when they would gladly prepare whatever you wanted fresh if they were out, that’s long gone.
