If you go to PF Changs in Knoxville, do not sit in bar area unless you are there mainly for drinks. This is second time I have eaten here and both times were given tables in this area. Bar staff focus on drinks and not food service. Took long time to be greeted, then waited for them to come back for drink order (water and tea - which also contributed to long times), had to ask for someone to take our food order, appetizer brought but left before I could ask for silverware, then had to stop someone to ask for silverware, etc etc etc.

It has been a long time since I have been to a PF Chang’s and I was looking forward to it. When I got there I was surprised to see the menu was a lot smaller than I remembered. I thought I would get a good Chinese meal but there was only a few Asian options on the menu. I was also disappointed when I couldn’t get 3 shrimp and 3 pork dumplings, I had to get 6 of one kind. Over all the food was okay but not what I expected.
Upscale oriental but prices are reasonable. Service is very good. Nice atmosphere. We like to get a booth in the bar towards the back. The bartenders provide great service and it is relatively quiet.
Awful. Food was barely edible. A much different experience than the last time. Spent $120 on 4 people 2 of which were children. I also told the server it was my son's birthday and he didn't even say happy birthday to him. My son chose to eat there for his birthday and he couldn't even eat his food. He literally couldn't chew the nasty Mongolian beef. No apology was offered from management. I am so very disappointed.
Love this place! In Knoxville for my daughter's UT graduation. Went in for a late Wednesday lunch and our server, Michael was absolutely amazing. Our spirits were a little down from a long day of shopping and graduation preparation, but Michael really turned our day around with his welcoming spirit. (He's really funny, too). Highly recommend PT Changs

The atmosphere is amazing and the food is even better. My favorite is the Veggie Lettuce Wraps, I know its an appetizer but everything is so good! The service is excellent and people are so friendly. They also give back to the community. Any business that gives back like P.F. Chang's deserves your business. Thank you!
