Always consistent and flavorful food. Andrew was a superior waiter.Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer has amazing flavor and very good sauce. Their clam chowder is superb. Chicken and prime rib were spot on.Most enjoyable was our waiter Andrew. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended the clam chowder and he was right.

We were disappointed with our blooming onion and chicken tenders because they were too salty. I spoke to the manager and he gladly redid our order to our taste. Thank you so much for adjusting our meal in a timely manner. It was delicious!!!
Called ahead for a table to put my name on a wait list and was told that it would be a 45 min wait. I get there to find out my name wasn’t even added to the waitlist. The hostess wasn’t very kind about the situation and made me wait the full time even after showing where I called. After leaving a bad review and posting a complaint to the website, the manager, Kevin, apologized and offered us a free appetizer and dessert. I feel like he made the situation right and provided way better customer service than his employees
I hadn't been to this Outback in a year for the same reason as tonight's disappointment. I was told to give their weekend crew a chance rather than their middle of the week crew. Our waitress was very friendly so I'm not placing any blame on her. Our food took absolutely forever just for them to bring out food that was stone cold and dry as all get out. As if it had sat in the kitchen for 20 minutes. If I wanted that quality of food. I would have just did an Applebee's two for $25 deal. A $75 bill for two people to eat later. I just won't be going back.
We were tired from a Volleyball tournament and didn't want to go out so we did door dash and the food was good.
Service was great, kitchen was slow even tho it wasn't busy. I stopped eating at outback years ago and now I remember why. I know it's hard to find good help these days but they could do better than that.
This was the first time I got to go here, my spouse took me to see the Budweiser horses last week it was amazing. He surprised me with dinner at this place. It was delicious, cooked to order. Waiter was amazing. But if you eat here it will cost you. Just a heads up.!I thought the prices was to high. It's was yummy. We will be going back, when he gets a good week in at work. Ordered Togo for my birthday today since I've been feeling under the weather and all my food was cold I did not receive my two strawberry lemonades I paid $4 each for and my 8oz filet was terribly over done and of course cold. (I ordered medium rare)
My family and I ate out at the outback on merchants road in Knoxville at 2:00 today. The asparagus was so hard we could not even cut it and our steak was overdone. We could not get any good service to get any refills. The coffee was so bad we could not even drink it and the waitress said it was fresh. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting for over a week. We usually have good food but it had been a while since we had visited at this location. I do not recommend this particular location. What a disappointment!
