Food is excellent as always! Service not so great. Had to literally get up and go find our server for a drink refill. We split a meal and had to pay an upcharge for a salad, and didn't even get an extra plate. We paid at the kiosk on the table. I was going to leave a cash tip but the server called me out for not including a tip on the receipt. He was very rude. Left a smaller cash tip anyway
There were only a few tables with guests. 2 members of my party arrived early and ordered an appetizer. It took forever to come out. The rest of the party of 5 arrived and finally got drinks ordered. Drinks were brought, and we placed our ordered. The server brings the food like 20 minutes later, but the food that was ordered for a child was not finished!!! Kids orders should always come up first so they are not so hot. I shared my food with my child since she had none. Everyone was pretty much done by the time her food finally came out. It was so hot she could only eat the grapes and a few bites of tye pasta. I could understand it if this had been a busy night, but it was far from busy. When we walked in, there were multiple employees standing around talking to each other. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food was good. Not sure if we will go back ?.
We ate here tonight with a bigger party of like 11 or 12 and let me tell you we had the best server that I believe I have ever had any where and his name was Carlo!!! We never had to ask for drinks refills or nothing he was on top of everything and being a bigger party usually something always goes wrong, but not today! He was also the most politest young man I’ve seen in a while!! It was always yes ma’am or sir!!! We definitely need more humans like Carlo in this world!!! We even gave him the rest of the ice cream cake to take home cause he was so great!! Way to go Olive Garden for hiring this young man!!!
Never fails to satisfy! Staff is always friendly, server was on point food was delivered promptly and was excellent as always. Classy environment and clean as expected. Love this place! Definitely recommend.
Food was good but came out a little cool. Serve never cleaned off our table and had no room in the small booth we sat in to eat or socialize. Overall, the experience was good
I took my 10 year old granddaughter there last week and we were so very Blessed to have had an exceptional waitress, and human being, name Macy. She is hands down the best waitress that I have ever had. She was the bright spot in mine and Erika's wk. She even let Erika have a picture made with her. Can't say enough about her being such a kind soul in this time that we are all going through.
The shrimp scampi is a lite and delicious. The lunch menu is reasonably priced and has some good choices. You can’t go wrong with their breadsticks and salad.
We ordered Olive Garden from the Turkey Creek restaurant. It was absolutely horrible. My chicken scampi, the chicken wasn't done. It was cold. My youngest son ordered chicken tenders and spaghetti. The chicken tenders were burnt and hard. My son's fries were burnt and hard as well.. The entire meal was a disaster. I definitely don't recommend Olive Garden. We starved last night.
food was not what I ordered. ordered shrimp scampi and I received noodles a couple pieces of shrimp. all of this was to go so around closing so I was unable to take back.
Jasmine went out of her way to provided great customer service. Our food was wonderful and the service. She did very well under them short handed. Very good service. Great job
