Husband and I went in on a Friday night, relatively busy. The young staff did a great job of working together, getting tables cleaned quickly, seating guests, and servers were attentive. Young workers get a bad rap these days but this staff of under 30 year olds kept this restaurant running like a fine-tuned engine- great job! Food was good and quite plentiful. Thanks for an enjoyable experience!
First off I loved o Charlie’s for the longest time. Go to this location for lunch right at 1pm on 06/10/2022. Brought my wife and 2daughters with me. Our waitress that got our drinks was not very polite to say the least. We were ready to order. Started placing our orders my turn came. I simply asked for the western burger and instead of fries I wanted the Jack wedges. Every location I have ever been to has done this. Even the ones I’ve been to out of state. Anyway I was not going to make a big deal out of it. My daughter which she is almost 3 years old decided she needed to potty. Any parent knows if a toddler says they need to potty you got to take em. Rather they use the bathroom or not. We go to the bathroom only to come back to our table cleared completely off. And was told I thought you left. We had not even gotten our food. This was beyond an inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed in this location.
I had the salmon sirloin combo with asparagus and salad. Salad was very fresh and the food was good. The salmon skin was kind of charred. I wouldn’t have ordered it that way but I actually really liked it after all. My entire group left satisfied.
2 stars because the waiter was very nice, however the potato soup was awful. It's the worst potato soup I've ever eaten. It tasted like cheese soup with a few pieces of potatoes. Very stringy. I love cheese but not like that.
Good food. The server was a little slow and disappeared after he brought our food, he forgot one of my son's side dishes. So he ended up getting it for dessert because the kid didn't come back for so long.

Ordered the family meal and everything was delicious. More than enough food and will have leftovers too. My order was ready before said time too.
I believe this was the first time I had eaten a steak here. So, I ordered the bone in ribeye I usually get it at Texas Roadhouse and it is wonderful. This was the absolute worst steak I have ever eaten. The meat must have been from an old milk cow with out any marbling at all. If you tried you could not find a steak that bad. I didn’t thank there could possibly be a ribeye steak that bad. The service was outstanding. The steak was cooked well, it was just the steak
Service was surprisingly great! But, the food didn’t taste good. I got chicken tenders and honestly they’re not as good as I remember when I was a kid.
Short staffed, but we're friendly, observant and kept our drinks filled. Waitress was Heather. Cudos to her for busting hump. Manager was on point. 100% recommend!!!
