We had a wonderful experience at Ocharleys. My friends and I ate lunch there and we were able to talk and enjoy our time. We were taken care of the entire time we were there because of our wonderful server, Sterling.He has waited on my family before and as always- he is amazing. Very friendly, attentive to our needs, and never lets a glass go empty!The entire atmosphere was welcoming and very relaxing.
Dinner was good. My steak was undercooked but they fixed it and gave me fresh sides. Server was very nice and so helpful.
Our hostess Trena was refreshing. She greeted us with a big smile and was super friendly. Our server was Aimee. She was very kind, friendly and took good care of our table. Both Trena and Aimee took the time to give my 2 year old granddaughter attention. We had a great experience and the food was delicious! ?

After some fun shopping at JoAnn’s on Beverly Rd., we three ladies out for lunch went to O’Charley’s on S. Mall Road near Washington Pk. Greeted warmly & seated by Trena, our attentive & attractive Hostess, she was a spark for an enjoyable meal. Shortly, we were greeted by our smiling & friendly server, Jodie, who was also attentive & attractive. She brought our drinks (love mango tea) in a reasonable amount of time and our salads as well. Our salads, though all three different, were good portions—mine was like a chef salad topped with Southern Fried Chicken Tenders. Yum! Also, on Wednesday it’s fun to get the $5.99 Cobbler for $1.99 which I got “to go”—Peach & Blackberry to share with my sweet husband & decide which we like best! I like the Blackberry! The last few years have affected lots of things in our own little realm, but courtesy , patience & politeness should be practiced by both the employee & the customer. Today was a good day!!
You could just eat here for their rolls. Served warm with real whipped butter before we ordered our food. They have a bar area with tv and table top seating there to dine as well. Booths and table seating for dinning through out the rest of the restaurant Family friendly. Many different things to chose from on the menu. Nice employees .
Fast, friendly, good food. Nothing spectacular but certainly great for the price.

We had a party of 16. Janae our waitress took care of us flawlessly and was just absolutely precious! The food was great as well as the service.
My food was cold. We literally didn't even eat it. The potato soup, the potato's were hard like they weren't even done! It was a to go order, an I'll definitely be calling the manager in the morning. I've got a 1 year old, so going out to eat like this doesn't come often AT ALL! 40$ is alot, consider I'm a stay at home mom at the moment, & my husband supports the 3 of us! An it being valentine's day, couldn't even go out actually because we couldn't get a babysitter, so we do curbside, an then everything was nasty & cold so it kinda ruined the night! Probably my last visit here!
