This was the 3rd time in a row something had went wrong. O Charley's was nice enough to send a $20 apology from the last review. I love their food but I will not order again. First 2 times steaks were cooked very wrong and the 8 rolls I ordered were ridiculous. This time they forgot my salad, utensils and napkins. The last 2 times was through Uber eats so it's not like I could simply tell my waitress. Great food, horrible service and cooks. It's sad to let this place go. But I've wasted over $100.
Went there for my nephew's birthday. This new grilled chicken with smashed potatoes and asparagus was awesome! The chicken was very tender and cut with my fork. Potatoes were the best ever. Wait staff, amazing.
Poor management I won't be surprised if this location closes its doors very soon only one server for the entire restaurant food was decent but not the kids Mac n cheese with chicken tender it tastes like they used cheese in a can to make it.Since there is only one server for the entire restaurant it impossible to get the things you need in a timely matter !They no longer have have free pie Wednesday or kids eat free menu! Definitely not like it used to be I won't be going back again
Ordered a virgin Bloody Mary GOT mix with 2 olives. Ordered half a club sandwich and Tortilla soup GOT a ham an cheese sandwich with bacon not a club GOT chili with tortilla strips on top not tortilla soup!Wife ordered Caesar salad with chicken GOT Romain lettuce and fried pink slime not real chicken.Staff was friendly and courteous hope they find a real job at a real restaurant not this barf bag dump.
Was a bit pricey, but was delicious. The service was slow but they are clearly short staffed. The server we had was trying to handle a dozen tables at once and was willing to bend over backward to provide excellent service.
Horrible Food, especially compared to other OCharleys nearby. Cold, hard shrimp. Tiny chicken fingers. Overly expensive. Rude employees.
There was a small wait .understandable it being Saturday. The food was good and the service was on point.they are still social disrancing tables but no mask required.
I like a couple of the menu items, but a couple aren’t so good. For that I deducted one star. However every time we go there’s some sort of drama with the staff that’s not being taken care of by the manager that overflows into the bar area. My fiancé and I find it quite entertaining however I had to deduct another star because the average restaurant go or wouldn’t appreciate some of the inter- staff fighting that goes on towards the end of the night.Overall the service is quick and the staff is very nice to the guests. They cook their steaks a little less than what you asked for but the seasoning and the care for the rest the plate is done really well. The rewards program is great too.
My chicken had no seasoning my noodles was water down. I only enjoyed my bread,and my drink was good, however the dog smell was over the top,well the smell was .... Not good at all.READ MY LIPS NEVER AGAIN.
Worst cold food ever had. Soup was not fit to eat. Fried chicken tasted like fish. Horrible experience again. But I know now to never eat Ocharlies again.
