Everytime I go in even if it has been months they still know who I am and what I order.Although that is great and I love they know me. This lasttime I went in the place was very dirty I know they told me they had a big catering order. What I don’t understand is why the store looked to not be vacuumed for a few days counters wasn’t cleaned. It was very very dirty. This store has never looked like that before.
It's Noodles & Company, so you should know what you're getting into there. However, this particular location is really great. I get takeout from here about once a month, and during those visits, I've interacted with 5 or 6 employees. Every single one of them has been incredibly kind and helpful. Whoever is handling the hiring and training is doing an excellent job, and all of the frontline workers are doing excellent as well.
Very good food and they bring it straight to your table! Only complaint is that the sauces, lids, and condiments are all in a container that anybody can reach in so that part isn't covid friendly,their drink machine also has very few drink options but great otherwise!
This place (Knoxville-Parkside) is wonderful! The staff was kind and welcoming and the yummy food was just icing on the cake. The manager, Tish, was especially friendly. Multiple team members stopped by to ask how we were doing and to see if anything was needed. We loved our experience here!
I love that there are several options for my vegetarian/plant based family. The garlic bread is soooo good and I mean whi doesn't love pasta?!
Went in today with my husband around 2:50 the lady upfront was super kind and food was fast and delicious! Will be back.

IF YOU ARE GLUTEN FREE DO NOT get the cauliflower noodles. They are NOT gluten free which is super deceiving. The only reason this isn't 0 stars, an emergency room and a lawsuit is because Logan warned me before giving me the food. Sounds a raise is in order to me.
Love this place, the food and the atmosphere can't be beat. Everyone is so friendly and full of smiles just makes a bad day melt away.
