The food and service were great. Our waitress/bartender, Alissa W., did a great job!!
The worst experience today. Never have I ever had an experience like it. Drove almost an hour to eat here. Called and made reservations in advance. Arrived and was told our table was ready. We (12 people) were walked to a booth that was for 4 - 6 people. When we asked the lady about the table as we stood there in a crowded restaurant she ignored us. started to walk away. she can see we had a group and looked very confused. We said something again and she said i cant help you, you have to wait another hour for a bigger table. She was rude, had a very nasty attitude, her body language said it all. Did not care, did not try to fix the issue, did not apologize if there was a misunderstanding of some kind. Her body language, customer service was a ZERO star. As we stood there, there were two men sitting at a table who told us she was rude to them when being seated. Another person came out stating she did not understand English, that was a complete lie. she never went and ask anyone for help. person only came out when we asked a waitress nearby if there was a manager because she walked away. i believe she knew what she was doing, she could careless. And if it was true by chance, then it is very unprofessional of the manager to have someone working the front door that cannot speak any English during a busy time with people waiting. We left and will not be back.
We really enjoyed the food here. Recommend the house special which is the chicken tenders. They were cooked just right with lots of flavor. The sides are tasty and be sure to order some biscuits for appetizers. The sweet potato fries were outstanding.
Didn't know I would even like Chicken and Waffles but 'when in Rome'. This was seriously one of the best things I have ever eaten! The chicken was so flavorful and crispy. The gravy was excellent and the waffle was perfect. So good!
Had the most amazing chicken here!! A must visit for brunch, lunch or dinner. The mimosa flight is also amazing. The chicken is juicy, tender and light. The mashed potatoes are so creamy and incredibly full of taste. Great vibe and the staff is upbeat and spectacular
Really good service! The food was good. The burger I got tasted like a higher quality McDonald’s burger - that may be either a good or bad thing to you… but I mean it was good. The sweet potato fries complimented it well. My salad needed a lot of help. Whoever was in charge of those that night needs to be dealt with - but my server got it corrected and it was much better and was really good. The ranch dressing is thick, but I thought it tasted great. I stole some chicken from other people in my party, because it is after all a chicken restaurant… and it’s pretty dang good!Check this place out if you’re in the area! I can’t remember the name of my server, but she was really good and we had a lot of laughs.
The food was very flavorful! Big portions and good prices! I would definitely come back and I might before leaving town over trying a different place! Chicken and waffles were great and so was the burger.
Fried chicken was phenomenal, collard greens were solid, and sweet potato waffle fries were out of this world. The sauces are unique and great as well, the Franks Maple was my favorite. I’ll be back next time I’m in Knoxville!
Sat at the bar and had a great time. Chicken dishes were amazing. They were very crowded but the food and service was very good.
Fantastic food! Great amount of food too. Great atmosphere. Worth every penny. Rib and chicken tender combo, ribs fell off bone perfect, chicken tenders were just that...tender. No lie, best mashed potatoes ever.
