Staff were friendly, the restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious. They met the high standard I would expect from McAlister’s. I love additionally that McAllisters still is one of the few restaurants that still does not sell alcohol and appreciate they don’t. As a Christian glad to have them as an alcohol free environment. Love McAlisters.

Overall not happy with my experience. We saw a sign on the door that said no chicken, but they also didn’t have salad or spuds. Literally what else are you supposed to eat here..? The atmosphere is weird and staff is not very friendly. I also got a sweet tea and it’s not the McCalisters sweet tea I know and love. Wish I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Came by with my family 50 minutes still left to close and was told we’d have to get our food to go as they were closing “very soon”. I’ve worked fast casual and understand if someone comes in near closing time (within 5-10 minutes) that you would get it to go to be respectful to closing staff, but 50 minutes is not close enough to close to be putting off guests.

Always great food but this one goes a step above. They have very nice friendly service too! Thank u all. I needed it today

As you can see by the ticket in the attached picture, I ordered the Steak and Gorgonzola salad without the Gorgonzola or the Red onions and asked for cucumbers and black olives instead. They were actually options that I was given while ordering online. If you look closely at my salad in the second picture, you will notice that they ended up giving me the Gorgonzola and Red Onions and Did Not give me the cucumbers or black olives. The hilarious part is that they repeated my order back to me when I picked it up and had it perfectly correct, but whoever made my order apparently didn't even look at the flipping ticket, and I didn't find out until I got home about 20 minutes later. This was Friday April 1st around 7:15 p.m. and whoever made my salad needs to learn how to read the ticket of the order that they are preparing. Not everyone can handle blue cheese or red onions, so I ended up having to throw the entire salad in the trash after taking this picture. Also when they were reading my order back to me they mentioned that I had put no pickles with our sandwiches, but I had never said no pickles, in fact I wanted the pickles but never saw any mentioning of them anywhere. So the fact that the ticket said that I said no pickles, I feel like that's something that the online ordering system automatically throws in there so they can make people ask for them instead of just giving them with the order that they come with, so if you want your pickles you need to type that in the special instructions so you can make sure you get your pickles.Honestly kinda ridiculous, I mean seriously who doesn't like the pickle spear that comes with their sandwiches?

I really like McAlister’s Deli. The food is flavorful for a chain restaurant. The exterior undersell’s the quality inside.; I think it could benefit from a redesign. I really love the BLT and Broccoli soup. It’s worth it to mention their tea is brewed and not a bag-in-box variety like soda pop. The bag-in-box stuff is really bad. But the real tea at McAlister’s is just great!

Took a long time to get my food and when it was ready I was not notified. The food was tasty and good quality. I was told that they were short staffed so maybe it would have been a different experience had there been all staff present.

First order was great. 2nd order, left off my avocado, 3rd order, wanted wheat bread got white. Do I have to eat at the restaurant to get my order correct?

Friendly staff, very helpful with my first time dining experience. The food was delicious

Just got my order and they forgot our bread bowl and pickle. Food is great, if you can get everything you order. This is the 4th time this has happened. Why is it so hard to review each order and make sure it's correct before getting it to the customer??
