Sandwich Shop Salad

This was our first time eating here. It was delicious, I got half a chef salad and half a club sandwich. My husband got broccoli and cheese soup and the menphian sandwich. It was all yummy and big portions. A little pricey but worth it

I feel like almost every time we order to go, our order is messed up. Yesterday during a road trip we ordered to go and they forgot our kid's bags of chips and gave us a random box of tortilla chips, so we turned around to get those. We realized after we were too far into our road trip that they also didn't give us our kid's cookies that should have come with their meals and they didn't give us two full sized cookies that I ordered at $1.99 each.I know it's just a few dollars, but it's very frustrating when I pay for something and then don't receive it. Again, this is not the first time this has happened. Other than that, the food is always great. It's just this location for some reason we keep having issues with. If you order to go, please check your bags throughly before driving off.

I usually enjoy eating at McAlister. This time not so much. I ordered a King Club sandwich and a bowl of potato soup. The potato soup unfortunately tasted like potatoes in water, there was no love or flavor in this soup. I ordered a whole sandwich and received half of one. I was on my way to a meeting and didn't check before leaving the shop but I was sorely disappointed!

Went to this location today, waited 20 min for food (I have been here when the line was all the way down center and never waited this long) As i walked up to inquire about my order the guy who was in front of me in line just got his order, so I asked do you know when my order will be up? I was tokd my order had not yet appeared on the screen so they were not sure how long it would be. I asked for my money back, went across the street to Back Yard Burger and had my food within five minutes.

Food was good, but the customer service was lacking to say the least. The cashier acted as if we were a bother and he was more than rude. I understand customer service can be a touch industry, but maybe he should reconsider his job choice. Sad because I've never had a bad experience at this location until now

After 10 minutes of 3 guys trying to figure out how to punch in a chicken salad sandwich for my order, I gave up and left. I wasn’t trying to order anything special, just a normal menu item and finally after waiting forever for those guys to try to figure out how to punch in the order, I finally said you know what never mind it’s OK I need to go and I left and no one tried to stop me. No manager came out to help or to see what the problem was or to apologize. In the case that the tablet malfunctions and prevents an order, it would be better to just tell the kitchen what the customer wanted and give it to them for free rather than letting the line back up all the way to the door and the customer walks away. I was traveling for work and now I’ve wasted time and have no lunch. Definitely will not be back here.

My son and I visited on a very busy Sunday afternoon. Despite there being a line the staff moved it quickly and efficiently. Most of all they were very courteous and helpful. Which can be difficult when you're that busy. Tables were bused and cleaned when they were vacated. If you don't want to wait in line find a table and order from the app. They will bring your order to your table.

Let's preface this review by stating that I have enjoyed the franchise for many years. I've tried out the delis in several states at this point. By far, this location falls far off par from the typical establishments. The first impression was a trash on the floor and lack of table cleanup, basically not bussing the vacated tables. Upon waking to the counter, we were greeted by a cashier wearing jesters hat, with the personality of a depressed sketsophenic cat. When we asked about a soup, he literally barked at us and said that this particular soup wasn't made today if it wasn't on the sign. Might I add, the sign was in such a way, that no one could read what it said. Next, I ordered a spud (one of the reasons that I had c come there), when I'm told.. hold please... as he tells over his shoulder... this guy wants a spud, so we have any (I paraphrase). From the back I hear that no spuds are coming up. How is it that this key point isn't made very obvious on the menu etc.As a last resort, I ordered a sandwich. When our order arrived, the sandwich wasn't warm any longer, the size was about 1/3 smaller than i has just a few months ago from another location, th amount of meat can only be described as scarce, and the surrounding areas were still needing trash removed and general cleaning. In summary, this location is definitely not worthy of the label or your money. Plenty of other places nearby that actually want your business.

Delicious! Instead of a corn beef Reuben sandwich they are kind and let me order a turkey Reuben sandwich. I like the vegetable soup as my favorite, but they were not serving it today. So I got the slightly spicy chicken tortilla soup instead. All yummy.God is good.

One of my favorite places for a quick lunch! The grilled chicken sandwich is always yummy, served on a crusty croissant, goes well with a cup of soup, and they offer plenty of options on their menu. Service here is very good! Will definitely return soon!
