I am reviewing about customer service. It was very unprofessional. The cashier was on her phone and with earbuds all the time. When we came up to order she rushed us even though there was no line. Took our order wrong and didn’t care, just wanted to get back in her phone and watch her show. Very unsatisfied with customer service this time.
Used to be my go to place. Last time I came in the service want the best but the food was good. Today was not the case. Service was average. My food was not, the my sandwich was no where near worth 10 bucks. I ordered the black Angus club, don't do it, it's disappointing maybe 3 oz of meat and some sauce with lettuce and tomato. Half of my sandwich didn't even have any meat. I will not be coming back.
Did an Uber eats order. Stated at time of order 35 to 40 min delivery time. 1 hour and 20 min later it showed up cold and missing items from order. Contacted McAlister's spoke with the manager and was basically told by the female manager they really don't care I need to contact Uber eats contact Uber eats there's nobody to contact had to issue a stop payment through my bank this is unacceptable for any business the rudeness I received from the store tells me that they do not value my business
Fast friendly service. Excellent food with bigger than normal portions. Good iced tea. Get some. This review is the same for all of the McAlister's I've eaten at in Knoxville.
Unfortunately I have to give just one star on account of the restaurant is always very dirty. Floors, counters incl the walls alongside of counters, bathrooms, tables not cleared. I see posts stating same thing. Veggie sandwich is awesome but I may not be returning unless they start keeping the restaurant clean.
Cashier stuffed everyone's receipts in their pocket. Waiters ignored customer for thirty minutes only to tell him his food was out of stock. Vomit on the bathroom wall. My sprite was sparkling water. They were paying way more attention to curbside pickup than in-store customers. Uncleaned tables all over the place.
We needed a quick bite to eat in between going to different stores. The employees were friendly and delivered food within a reasonable amount of time. Our food tasted fresh and was just enough for a lunch time meal. What made this rating three stars was the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. It seemed the the floors, walls, cabinets, equipment were all in need of a deep clean since there was a black grime on them. The worst was the bathroom which is shown in the photos. After seeing this condition of the store (unfortunately after eating) I probably would not return to this location.
On my first visit I got broccoli and cheddar soup and a half of a turkey sandwich. It was phenomenal food. The service was very good, the wait was not bad even though it was the height of lunch time. I grabbed a menu on my way out and ate there again 3 days later. I highly recommend the choose 2. And it was no more expensive than eating at Subway just a whole lot better.
Do not go here unless the conditions improve. Filthy floors not in just one or two places, but everywhere. Over 30% of the empty tables inside and out were not cleared. This was Sunday evening at 5:20pm. God help you if you tried this place during the week. The men's bathroom would be best described as unkept. Obviously there is NO management. I used to eat here all the time a few years ago- pre-pandemic, but there is no staffing issues that describe what me and my wife saw. The food was a C+, but even the table we finally selected had not been thoroughly wiped down - we swept the crumbs off to eat. I do sincerely hope they can get their act together as this was a regular spot for a good quick bite.
Not quite the value of a 13 dollar salad. The strip of soggy bacon was the tip of the iceberg.... Pun intended.
