The ice cream texture (strawberry shortcake) came out with a runny milkshake texture. The server piled it into a cup and it was overflowing and said ‘sorry it’s kind of a mess’ so even after wiping it down the cup was still sticky. Just lack of attention to detail. It was like ‘I made this mess for you, here it is’.
My husband and I had ice cream here and it was delicious!!! What was even more delightful was the attitude and friendliness of the 2 workers!!! We got there a few minutes before closing, but we were treated to smiling faces and pleasant unhurried conversation!!!Thank you so much!!! Kudos to these great young workers!!! ?
The icecream is amazing and the staff have always been friendly but for the last 2 months every time I have stopped they have been out of something or their blender has been broken so they cant even make milkshakes. I get that stuff brakes and you can run low an supplies but there is literally a Walmart right behind you that sells milk and blenders. So there is no reason you couldn't send someone over there to replace what your missing or broken until your stuff is repaired. I makes me think they are struggling financially and about to go under. I hope that's not the case because they use to be my favorite icecream shop.
We came in towards closing but the two ladies were extremely kind and helpful with our order. Wonderful service.
We arrived late on a weekday for ice cream and so there were not as many choices available. Staff was helpful in redirecting us to other options. Ice cream was good just disappointing to not have our favorites.
The girls here are so friendly and accommodating! Helped us with a late night, last minute cake. Realized we needed another one and they were able to make it happen! Both turned out perfect!

Marble Slab is the best! So many great choices and combinations and surprisingly affordable. GIGI served us last time and she was so patient with giving my kids samples and suggestions! The best ice cream in Knoxville!!
We dropped by for dessert on our anniversary night, and Kristen made it so special! She went out of her way to make us a specially designed cookie cake slice. She was so sweet and made our experience unexpectedly special. We will be back for sure! Thanks Kristen!
So my duaghter ordered a birthday cake from Marble Slab Creanery based on what she saw on their website and then after not having it ready for the birthday celebration, it was 3 days late and it looked like this! What a mess and the cake was dried out and tasted old. Go anywhere but here!
