Rude, stand-offish bartender, not out of her depth, just in a bad mood. 'F & B Director' stood at the entrance, completely disinterested in any element of the 'service'. Bartenders complaining between themselves trying to decide who the 'director' is since they've never seen him before and he didn't bother to introduce himself before he stood guard at the entrance?!The attached photo is what they sold as 'shrimp and grits', in a plastic carton because I wanted to sit on the patio - $25.

6 of us for dinner, none had been there b4; one said best rib eye she ever had & she slways orders it; another said best French onion soup he ever had. My shrimp grits were so good I didnt want to take the last bite as then it would be over. Of the 6 of us, 4 had rib eye & LOVED it. Server was fast & so friendly & did very, very well, & it was a busy night Saturday b4 Valentines Day. Spoke to manager to express fine food ,& service. Won't be last visit there. Only negative is parking.

Food edible. Staff doesn't listen. Observed Staff arguing with arriving guests for a tables. They said it would be ok for my party of 3 to take a 4 table top, so glad the 3 of us could be allowed to sit at a table. Do not order chicken and waffles they are a disappointment!

Service was alright and food was marginal

Great food, great service...Awesome burger!!!!

Wings were out of this world

Worst service I have received in forever. Over an hour for over cooked chicken and driest turkey sandwiches. But the fact that they were completely overwhelmed was still no excuse for making us all fell like we definitely chose badly by chosing to eat at hotel. Even had difficulty with Hilton card.

I was staying at the Hilton 1 night. Ordered 3 ribeyes, 2 glasses of wine, a piece of pecan pie and a piece of cheesecake.1. It was delivered to the room with speedy, delightful service.2. Wine was in glasses, they brought all utensils, plates to use.3. The green beans and mashed potatoes were good, but not the main point...good though.4. The pecan pie and cheesecake. If there was a way to buy a whole one of each to take home, back to Pensacola, I would have bought 5 of each. I don't like cheesecake, I got it for my daughter, we fought over who was going to eat it. It was so creamy, not one taste of bitterness. The pecan pie...I don't know how...but it was better than any grandmother's I've ever had.5. The steaks. I have lived in 14 different states. 1 of them being Oklahoma. I went to OSU. Oklahoma knows a thing or 2 about steaks. Never had I had a Ribeye that tasted like that. They were immaculate. And paired with seasalt butter that just hit perfect.I had tipped 20% with the bill when I ordered. After dinner, I went down to the bartender and handed her a $20 to give the chef. I hope he sees this, man, you have talent, and it is tasted in your food. I thank you for the experience.- breakfast the next morning was good. This is only a review on the restaurant. Not my stay at the Hilton.

I ordered a "Nashville hot" chicken sandwich, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you love really love salty food. I couldn't taste any heat, or chicken, only salt. The fries were less salty than this sandwich. The chicken was also so thin, the breading was thicker than the meat. If you drove a long distance and want to order something from here because it's quick and easy (despite the inflated prices because it's in a hotel) I'd recommend something else. Staff was nice and the fries were ok, but the salt sandwich ruined my appetite and made me sick.Update: the hotel and restaurant apologized and are currently processing a refund.

Good food decent service for a hotel I highly recommend the steak sooo good
