Had the Cowboy, a Biscuit stuffed with country fried steak, bacon, egg, cheese and sausage gravy. It was absolutely delicious. I also had their iced mocha maple latte. They actually roast their beans in house and it resulted in a great drink.
Anything with biscuits & gravy or chicken and waffles are amazing! Their coffee is decent. The other menu items such as the "bread pudding" is pretty meh. The service here is fantastic. My only complaint would be that they don't explain the "question of the month". They just assume that you know that the answer is how they say when your food is ready. It's unique and fun, but it is also confusing since people don't typically listen for the name of their favorite actor or the name of their favorite high school teacher.

This place is GREAT. I have been there twice. Initially on my first time I ordered online and had the MAC n CHEESE in the order, which upon my arriving was told it is no longer a menu item and WHOOPS! which i was bummed about but they tried to give me everything under the sun as a replacement which i finally agreed to home fries with cajun seasoning.They fulfilled my order and off I went. Returned today with another online order and once i got to the office noticed they had put 3 of there biscuits with the drizzle on them in my bag. They close early so I am guessing they would rather give them away than trash them, again , another cool thing about this place. I can't wait to try some other menu items as they all look elevated and tasty!! The Hardin Valley location is great and super friendly. Smells great inside and I will be returning soon...might just order the Mac N Cheese again for kicks lol. Give them a try, its worth it.
I came here on a Sunday for lunch and it was one of the only spots with outdoor seating (it was also raining, so that's probably why). I got the Five and Dime, and I thought it was interesting for them to call out your order not by name but with your answer to the question of the week (first car). The food was quick to come out, and it was a lot of food! It was super tasty, and the chicken was very flavorful. The gravy had bits of sausage in it, and the biscuits were delicious. I really enjoyed the meal, and it wasn't too bad at $12 post-tax. Friendly service too!
Really enjoyed eating here! The food was great and it is a great atmosphere. Orange tasted awesome, but was $6, so the only draw back. Will definitely eat there again!
Lazy kids running this place. Came two days in a row and both times the place is empty, and there’s no silverware. Eating with plastic fork and knife. Girls are chit chatty, while the dishes are piled up. 3 tables sat in here. Also - no orange juice or just don’t want to make it? Food is good, though.
I spent 15$ on biscuits and gravy with a tea. Looked like puke on a plate. I feel like I was ripped off, I can’t eat this. I tried but it’s gross !
This place is a Hardin Valley necessity!!! Nicole and Lindsay were extremely helpful when ordering. I would 10/10 eat here again. Everything was clean and all the employees were pleasant.
Farmer's Biscuit and maple coffee are good choices. The place was so busy they had a hard time keeping up with refilling the coffee urns.
