The food was beyond amazing and the service was better than any I've had in recent months. We've heard nothing but good things about the pizza and got one to go - excited to dig in. Whatever you do, don't miss out on on the pite bread and baba ganoush!
Kinda of a pizzeria atmosphere, but full of geniune Lebanese home food dishes. The food is fresh, spiced to perfection, and the owner goes out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant experience. Compared to other Mediterranean restaurants in Knoxville, this one has a broad menu of offerings covering Italian, Greek, Lebanese dishes. It is not the place to be seen like Kefe's, but the food is authenic and tastes great, all at a reasonable price point.
I was craving Italian for lunch and their spaghetti and meatballs did not disappoint! The portion was enormous. I’ve been a Mama Mia customer for over a decade. My family love the Mediterranean menu. Their personal delivery service is much faster than Grub Hub, Uber Eats, etc. I highly recommend Mama Mia’s Mediterranean and Italian food. It’s West Knoxville’s best kept secret!
This was posted in a Facebook Group, Knoxville Eats. Several people went today and also said it was great!Apologies for the, mostly, eaten food. If you haven't tried Mama Mia Cuisine Mediterranean on Executive Park Drive, you're missing out. They have Italian food, which I've heard and read is good, but the stars of the show here are the authentic Middle Eastern dishes.Everything is FRESH and prepared Halal. The Sesame bread is made in-house and served warm. Up top is Mansaf, a Jordanian lamb dish served on a bed of rice with a special, warm yogurt; a close front-runner for the best dish I've tried. Below is the Mixed Meat dinner with a traditional ground beef kebab, chicken kebab, spicy ground beef kebab, and a lamb kebab. It's also served over rice with a side of hummus (delicious - just a nice, traditional hummus) and Fattoush. The owner was our server and was VERY informative and walked us through the menu. I highly suggest giving it a try.
I just ate at Mama Mia Cuisine! I highly recommend eating here! The music is amazing, the food is so good and diverse! The owner, Rema, does the cooking, cleaning, and serving! She's also incredibly sweet and kind! Support her business!
Moved to Tennessee from Louisiana, where we had very good Lebanese food. Drove forty minutes to Mama Mia's and was not disappointed! Ordered the chicken schwarma plate and the sampler! Truly authentic Lebanese dishes- down home Lebanese cuisine! Can't wait to return to try other dishes! The owner/host made you feel comfy and at home! Five stars esily!
Family owned and operated. Every time I call or come in, they know me by name. Every single item I have ordered has been fresh, delicious and plentiful.
I wish I had taken a picture of our food last night, because it was GREAT. I had the spaghetti with meatballs, and it was the best I ever had. The cheesy on this bad boy!!! Ho' boy it was amazing. My boyfriend got the chicken Alfredo. The cheese sauce was fantastic. Lastly, the garlic bread was fresh baked, and tasted AMAZING. I didn't taste much garlic, but it didn't really matter because the bread was so delicious without it. I wish we found this place sooner, but now that we have everyone needs to know how great of an experience we had.THANK YOU FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO!
Delicious food and excellent service! Today was our first visit and we will definitely be back! This place was a great little hidden gem.
The food here is good. Nothing exceptional! Good taste. Good enough quantities. I have tried shawarma wraps from all over the country. $16.99 for a shawarma wrap is just ridiculous. But other than that, good customer service and clean restaurant.
