Awesome place for adults and kids
My family enjoyed our first trip to main event! Staff was very friendly and the facility was clean including the bathrooms. Was a little pricey but if you go to places like this I'd much rather pay more to enjoy more and it be clean.
Wonderful time with my family. We bowled, played arcade games, laser tag, and the ropes course. Food was a little pricy so we skipped it but overall it was a great value. We plan on coming back again soon. Solid idea for air conditioned fun.
Very fun place for a group outing. Bowling, laser tag, tons of games, pool tables, even a climbing spot with zip line.
Went on a Wednesday, the crowd was low. Welcomed at the door with a smile. At the front desk the manager and new trainee was very helpful and friendly. My kids had a wonderful time playing in the arcade. Post pandemic it's nice to see a business providing friendly customer service.
They have amazing employees one employee I liked a lot her name is Michelle and she works at the Knoxville Tennessee location she loves her job and takes it really seriously.
Came to visit on a business meeting with some of my business family and this was a great choice to make to visit here for a good time! The staff was great from the door to the bowling in the back. Servers great, shoe checkin are great, just all in all the staff and this team is amazing!By mention of name, ‘Shana’ was great greeting at the door, very welcoming and conversational! Will and Chris were amazing at the bar, took great care of me and others along! And got my food out still hot and fresh. Hospitality and humor was great!Cole in the “winners” area I can’t think of the actual name of the area to do the gravity ropes but he was AMAZING and super hospital so thank you!! Greatly appreciated
My boyfriend took my daughter, her friend and I for my birthday. We played arcade games and bowled. We had such a great time. It's easy to spend a lot of money tho. Some of the games kept taking credits away and not letting us play. But we had a great time.
Well... I would dare to say this was the best experience at an arcade/fun center place ever! From walking in not knowing what to expect, to leaving after having a blast, it was an experience that brought back very fond memories from my childhood! We took 6 people total, 2 adults, and 4 SMALL children ( ages: 6,5,4, and 2) we started by playing a round of bowling, only made it to the 7th frame due to time restrictions, but we had a blast and the kiddos were ready to get in on the gaming portion! Spent the next 2ish hours non stop on the video games! We all thoroughly enjoyed it! Very clean environment! Every staff person we encountered was pleasant, and happy to help! All ages taken care of well! And back to the cleanliness, my wife even commented that it smelled clean! Alot of places like this just kinda smell like a locker room! But this was the best time I've had in a long time! *****THANK YOU TO THE STAFF OF THE MAIN EVENT @ Knoxville TN!!!!**** Whoever keeps this place clean deserves a substantial raise! Strongly recommend visiting!!!!
We were there for the first time today and it was great. Both of my kids loved it as well as my husband and I. The staff were exceptional! I have never had better or friendlier service anywhere! We will definitely be back!
