Steaks were cooked to perfection, the western shrimp was delicious, as was their Mac and cheese. Also, they have some of the best sweet tea I've had in a long while. Our server did pretty well. There was a bit of a long wait, but well worth it.

Good was good. Waitress was EXCELLENT. Just wish I'd gotten her name so I could mention her here!Attentive, nice, friendly always checking on me. Very pleased with my visit.

Dinner tonight was fine, and the food was definitely acceptable, but the experience was lacking. We did not get plates for a shared appetizer and had to ask for something that should be standard fare. The other thing that stood out was our seating. We got one of those half booths with chairs on the other side. The chair I was seated in had a big tear in it with the stuffing missing. The other chair rocked horribly and also had a tear in it, though it appeared all the stuffing was present. On the lighter side, the food was well executed, so yhumbs up to the kitchen staff. It seems to me that the management needs to take a thorough look at their facilities/appointments and work on training, and this Longhorn will be back where it belongs--- at the top.

Recently went & we were seated for 10 minutes before I went to hostess stand to ask why we had not been waited on. Was approached by the manager -- who was very apologetic & sincere -- she explained it was shift change & was an accident. Our waitress was very nice after the wait & extremely attentive for the rest of our visit. Also gave us a free appetizer for our inconvenience. Turned what could have been a negative experience into a great one!!! Definitely will be back again

My husband and I went on a date to this restaurant. The food was great, waitress was okay, but the restaurant was very dirty. The floor was covered with Silverware, food, and napkins. The plates for the Appetizers had a brown liquid all over them. The table beside of us had the same liquid on their plates. We will go to Texas Road house next time!

Our food was delicious, Outlaw Ribeye with Mac and loaded baked potato. Appetizer was the Texas Tonion's(Onion pedals that we actually really liked). Dinner for 2, full bar, Happy New Year!

After a long wait my food came cold at my table. Fries were cold steak was warm. Waitress went to bring fresh fries, after those came I asked for catch-up and that never came. My appetite left me while at this restaurant. Service was very mediocre ????????????.

Ok so let's compare Texas Roadhouse (TRH) to Longhorn.1. BREAD: The rolls and cinnamon butter at TRH takes the win here. Longhorn's bread is crusty and warm, but with hard butter and little flavor.2. SWEAT POTATO: The ones at TRH come with brown sugar and marshmallows, but are a little tougher than Longhorn, which only come with butter and cinnamon sugar. TIE3. SALAD: Longhorn's strawberry and pecan salad had chunks of core, no croutons, but lots of fruit. TRH did not have a strawberry salad, but they have wonderful croutons. Quality of greens at TRH was slightly better so they get the win here.4. STEAK: Longhorn's ribeye had a larger cap (most tender part) than the ones behind the glass at TRH, but we could have just gotten lucky. We really like the seasoning on the Longhorn steak, so it gets a slight edge to win here. This is the most important category by the way.5. PEANUTS: LOL who needs them really. But Longhorn needs a ghimick to compete. We like the decor and TVs in TRH, but Longhorn is quieter, with shorter wait time to sit. Both have top notch service.I'm gonna go with a tie overall, but if I just want a great steak with minimal crowd and a short wait, Longhorn may bring me back sooner than TRH. The wife is more about the bread and salad, so she may go the other way on occasion.Oh! EXTRA POINTS for the smoked honey butter crispy brussel sprouts at Longhorn! Fantastic!

Always excellent service! But bring back the flat iron . This is our weekly go to place for awesome food and service! Tina, Taylor and Camille are our favorite servers! The managers are ALWAYS available and absolutely wonderful! We went to a longhorn in Knoxville and it was absolutely HORRIBLE. Maybe this Long Horn can help them get it together!
