Have always loved their food would definitely pick them over captain ds. But even with a full staff (five people) and them keeping the lobby closed it shouldn't have taken over 35 mins to get my order finished especially when they had certain food shortages. Also didn't realize how expensive they had gotten either. Could have went to Applebee's
their website says open at 10:30, their door says open at 10:30 they do not open till 11, their employees do not arrive till 10:45 so they are not ready to serve food at 11, was not worth my trip across town to try to eat there, the only notice of them opening at 11 was on their drive thru
My husband and I have missed long John Silver's where we live, they tore them all down. When we seen this one, we were so happy and had it two nights in a roll. The fish and hushpuppies was so fresh but you know if you get french fries they are never completely hot when you get them home, so I just throw them in the airfrier and they are fresh again. The only one would we can find is on Western Ave and it's worth the extra couple minutes drive. Thank long John Silver's
The food was perfect. Not greasy at all, and it came out fresh. We did have to wait awhile to get our food but I think it was because of the customer in front of us, not the restaurant itself.
Went through the drive thru and they said upfront they were short staffed and be patient. Well it was a wait but worth watching how hard the 3 of them were working. I haven't even tried the food yet but they get all 5 stars for their work dedication. You all were awesome!
Ordered $38+ worth of food And since I travel a distance to get there I asked them to double check my order to make sure everything was there before I headed home and of course when I got home after being told it was checked twice that half my order was not there go figure what is wrong with people today. Tried to call and got a recorded message after about 32 calls tired of calling do not want to drive back gave them a 1 rating and wish i could have gave a zero rating. this is not acceptable business answer your phone
They worst experience ever there. Paid 10 bucks for a meal and the corn appears to be over seasoned and tasted as if it had an entire container of pepper and salt. Made me throw up my entire dinner.. they could do better.. this is unacceptable..
Every time I use a coupon for a variety platter for grilled shrimp and salmon the grilled shrimp is not in the order! Tried to call and just get a recorded message to call back over and over. It is difficult to get into and out of this store as it is, don't get what you pay for, a small piece of salmon is not worth 9 dollars without the grilled shrimp in the order. Salmon was under cooked and not flakey as it should have been time and again.
Service was fast, food was okay, about 10 hours aftervrastin, I became very ill, digestive issues with pain in abdominal area and nausea. Digestive issues for past 4 days. They said msg wad not in salmon/rice bowl. I wonder?
Ordered here twice thru DoorDash. Tonight is our last time. We requested vinegar and tartar sauce both times. Tonight even mentioned in the order comments as well as checking the DoorDash boxes to include the sauces. My wife loves the food. I only eat it when I can cover it with vinegar and tartar sauce. Twice we’ve requested some vinegar and tartar sauce. After two times, the omission appears to be intentional. We will make sure to let everyone who will listen know of the poor service.
