Medium-Calm vibe, boho deeper feels.Coffee: Nice cuppa ☕, more on bold side. Cappuccinos aren't super traditional (soda water, & correct sz cup).Score: Only 4 stars because parking is limited, front of bldg needs some maintenance, Cappuccinos aren't as traditional (+ not using local milk), surprised music wasn't Christian (considering name / mission) & inside plants need some TLC (it was all this Plant Lady could do to not water / tend them, lol).Remember to grab a treat off the counter for the ??Totally worth a visit if you're in the neighborhood. ?

Great coffee and amazing place to share time with a friend or just take some personal time. And... what a great cause! Staff was very kind and timely. FINALLY, a coffee shop that understands that coffee doesn't have to be bitter or burnt to have complex flavor. I'll be back for sure!
Though the drip coffee, Mexican, is the best we've had in Knoxville so far it definitely tasted more like a medium roast than the dark roast that we were told it was. For me that's okay since I'm used to and like a medium Mexican roast.For the cold brew because of the weakness it was hard to get a flavor profile, but of what we could taste it is still better than other places we've had in town.As for the cappuccino, though I had requested a dry foam the cappuccino was mostly milk to where the espresso couldn't be tasted at all. On the plus side, the temp was spot on for what I asked.
