Customer service was great! But as many times as I have ordered the same Med Philly no onion and extra cheese. I definitely did not get what I have gotten in the past. No extra cheese and the amount of meat I got on this sandwich was for maybe a 5 inch sandwich. So the $10 I spent on this was very disappointing.
I absolutely give Lenny's restaurant four stars only to say I've never been to the restaurant itself but I'm sure it could only get better after meeting owner/operator, super nice guy, Yash Patel. It speaks mountains for he himself to deliver our food for our employee lunch I got a Philly steak sub sandwich even after the timed delivery it was hot! There bread smelled amazing and the onions were to die for, others had grilled chicken subs and said they were fantastic so that will be my next sandwich can't wait thank you Josh Patel.
Was traveling through Knoxville to go home. I found this sandwich shop right off this interstate and was thoroughly impressed. Was a quick and easy sandwich shop. Sandwich was really good to! Definitely recommend
Lennys is a great place to eat… amazing atmosphere, they need to play better music but other then that I get full every time…my fav sun is the Italian but a funny thing they don’t tell u is that u can customize it with the meats ya want.. defiantly will be back
This place is a hot mess. Placed an online order and when we got there, they were out of bread because they “forgot” to bake it. They said we could wait 45 min. We tried to get a refund, but they didn’t know how to do it! Additionally, the woman making sandwiches was eating her own sandwich while standing on the line making sandwiches. That’s gross. It didn’t seem like there was any management to help.
The veg sandwich tasted fine but buyer beware. They do not have swiss cheese anymore it is processed mix. The provolone tasted different too. They now skimp on the veggies too. My main beef is that i paid 2.30 for a bag of chips and received a 1 oz bag!!! Like the kind our mommas packed in lunchboxes in first grade. Seriously?! I will never order from this place again. What a joke and the sad part is lennys used to be good. I guess biden fuqd that too.
Over priced and under delivered cheap knock off of jersey Mike's. Slow slow slow. Messy. Catering boxes piles in the middle of the small cramped dining area.One medium sandwich and one salad for $23 ?!?!No thanks.Skip it. Save your money and head elsewhere.
The customer service here is average but the subs are always stellar. I've been going here for about a decade and keep coming back because the quality of the food is enough to make me put up with the service. Tables are clean and outdoor seating is nice.
Placed an online order and drove here from powell...only to get gold they are out of bread and cant make sandwiches...in the middle of dinner...at a sub shop. Used to love this place, but not going back
The food is…decent. But for a $14 sub, it is pathetic. Honestly, I would prefer subway. It really is a disappointment.
