Heather and her crew in the bakery made an awesome Double Cheeseburger and Fries, cake for my twins 18th birthday... They get a double cheeseburger cake every year and we had a hard time finding one since moving here from the west coast... they said it was the best one they ever had. even our dog wanted the "cheeseburger"...

A jaw-droppingly awesome grocery store, this Kroger is almost like a mini Wal-Mart in that one can find so much more than simply groceries here. I used to live in a less-than-savory part of town, where the local Kroger (while just fine) was nothing special. This location blew me away. It's always clean and well-stocked, and the staff is professional and friendly.I now drive out of my way to shop at this store, almost exclusively, for all my groceries.

I absolutely LOVE my little Kroger! They always have what I'm looking for and don't act like you're annoying them if you ask a question. Get this! I heat my home with a wood-burning stove and, when it was cold enough, they had bundles of wood for sale out front. More than once I called customer service and asked if they still had some, and EVERY SINGLE TIME the person I was speaking with went all the way outside to check for me without acting like I was wanting them to chop off an arm or something. And each call was completed with a cheery, "Have a great day (or evening, whichever)" And even if they're closing in 3 minutes, they're friendly when you have to run in for a bag of gummy bears! Thanks for being awesome, Kroger!

The Cashiers are not trained and I have an OTC card that I have used there numerous times and it's always a arguement. You need to teach your tattooed guy with the black hair and beard arms totally tattooed to have respect for his Elders. I have been customer of Kroger for a long time . I don't appreciate some punk being disrespectful it made me never to want to shop there again . you are on the bottom of the totem pole.

I go into this Kroger most weeks. Overall, its a solid grocery store with most of the food selections required for an average week for an average shopper. Not too much in the ways of health food or anything. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful throughout the store, but the workers at the self checkout can be short tempered. If you make a small error they will come over and complain. It is an attempt at honest feedback, but it makes your experience worse. They sometimes have an issue with homeless people using the bathroom and waiting in the room with the carts. It would be better if they could get that taken care of as well.

Went to the self check-out a while ago and one of the workers went above and beyond to help out. It really makes a difference when the staff seems genuinely motivated to help the customer out. I believe his name was Kaden.

Ashley is an amazing employee and there should be more employees like her! She is super helpful and I can only brag about her

My two sons’ and I love shopping at Kroger each week.Every Friday, we use our free Friday gift from Kroger on the digital coupons.I also love using the Kroger, My Magazine Sharing Network for free sample products in the mail. Now, with the new Kroger Scan, bag and go program at Kroger. We now save more than money, we save time on our weekly grocery shopping. My Two sons’ love the new easy for you meals with over a dozen meals to choose from. All you have to do is, choose your entrée and side, and add to your skillet and in 8 to 10 minutes your entire meal is done.

I go here multiple times a week every week. Usually early in the morning. The service is always pretty awful. There is rarely more than one checkout aisle open. The workers take forever to check you out and the plastic bags are always ripped and overstuffed. The shelves are barely stocked. The restockers and floor workers are always getting in your way when you are trying to shop. Just general bad service, bad employees, poorly stocked, and the place is always a mad house. The workers are constantly running around like chickens with their heads cutoff yet they seem to be doing nothing productive. I only go here so often because it’s location is convenient.

Very helpful employees. The cashier was very polite and had a positive aura. Which is exactly what this country needs more of. Especially during these times. Upbeat and positive people in the customer service department. Thanks to all who risk their health and safety just to make an honest living.
