The selection at Farragut is great, but today (11-16-2021) one of your cashiers was extremely rude to us at checkout for no reason on our part. Kroger employees have always been helpful and friendly so we were shocked at this woman's attitude. We "took it" without comment to her and moved on. Please remind your employees who actually funds their jobs.
My brother & my son love to have a cookie cake for their birthdays my brothers came from great American cookie cake place they're about the size of a medium pizza so i needed 2 about $40 a piece over $80 on great cookie cake. Its not $80 great i got 2 from Kroger $10.99 each better decorating better customer service and only spent $23 compared to over $80 Kroger was fresher tasted better don't waste your $ my whole family & my sons friends all took the Pepsi challenge & all our Cookie cakes are Kroger from now thank you!!! I promise if you're a cookie cake person try Kroger bakery

Use to be my favorite location now most employees do not wear their mask correctly and also most customers coming in to the store do not wear them correctly. This makes for making shopping feel unsafe as if this is going on how can I remotely trust that you are cleaning surfaces correctly. But hey I guess you just don’t care as I’ve brought this up to management as well as sent messages to the main location.
I have been a faithful shopper since you opened, but today about half of your employees were either wearing their mask wrong or not wearing one at all. This isn't acceptable.
I picked up 10 lbs of Herirage Farms chicken leg quarters. about half of them were amputees. I got about 5 lbs of poorly butchered chicken thighs in the bag. gonna be an ugly barbecue
Terrible customer service management is clueless
Kroger was stocked up on most products even the ones people are hoarding. The employees were unloading the trucks this morning and most of them in good spirits. People are trying to bypass the limits on the products that have limits... you people hoarding are nasty with these cashiers that are going to work every day so that you can shop for groceries..... be nice, they are doing their job and even when dealing with rude customers are being polite! Thank you all Kroger employees for doing what you do!
