June 3, 2022 is National Doughnut Day so they are running a special for bogo. However there is a catch, if you order online, the discount only applies for one dozen. If you come in store, its limited to two dozen. This not noted on their website. Oh and though you can preorder online, and pay the extra service fees and delivery fees. They cannot accept preorders less than 10 dozen over the phone. Oh and thanks to this policy they lost my business as I was about to also place an order for about 620 students for tomorrow! #shoplocal
Do you really need to post about Krispy Kreme? Seriously really? Cool thing right now If you don't know. On Wednesdays and Wednesdays only you can get a dozen donuts for the average price of gasoline in the United States. This past Wednesday, April the 20th or 420 day. I stopped by the Krispy Kreme and got a dozen donuts for $4.08 the timing was perfect!
Absolutely horrible, rude service. I asked the young and very rude kid behind the counter if they had milk. His response was, and this is word-for-word, "No we don't." I then asked him if Krispy kreme did a military discount.He chuckled and his response was again, "No we don't." As one who served for 33 years and four wars I find that attitude offensive coming from a snot nosed kid. I paid him $15 for my dozen donuts and told him thank you. He did not respond at all. With God as my witness, it made the donuts taste bad. And for the record, the Bavarian cream filled donuts, had only a tiny amount of Bavarian cream. This was a bad experience..... a very bad experience. Krispy kreme is not the only donut makers in the world. You have lost my business and that of my large extended family. I don't think there's anything more offensive than a snot nosed kid who disrespects you when you tell them who you are.
Love me some Krispy Kreme! Popped in for a dozen to bring my daughter on the way to visit my granddaughter for the first time. 1/2 doz fresh, 1/2 chocolate covered. My wife got a chocolate covered and a hot chocolate. She said both were very good. ( I was on Freestyle Libre and watching my sugar intake...I just drooled) My granddaughter is the bomb, btw!
Love this place, best donuts. I usually order when they are hot and fresh and they always are. Forgot my coffee drink last time, tho partly my husbands fault for not telling them. I called and they refunded the money for it, which is better than the whole put your name down thing because I never end up going back to get it when they do that places. Their online customer service people are very nice. I usually try to hit them up when I have donut specials I get in my email. Never had an order be wrong.
Just moved to Knoxville and was thrilled to learn there is a Krispy Kreme. We went yesterday and purchased a dozen donuts. It confirmed what I always knew...they are the best. My jelly donut was amazing, melted in my mouth. Yum. Service was kind and very customer oriented. We will go back...SOON.

WARNING: Even this review may cause you to increase your caloric intake! ?Admittedly, Krispy Kreme is one of those establishments that can cause ones car to swerve off the road, especially if the "Hot Donuts Now" sign is flashing. But it's actually a great deal in today's world: A large cup of the best hot classic coffee AND three (3) HOT melt-in-your-mouth donuts for less than $6.00 --- when just a large cup of coffee costs more than that at most places!
Not the quality they used to be. Though they have always been somewhat greasy, which made them good, this dozen was excessively greasy. Will be a long time before we go back. Most of the dozen was thrown away.
Very rude drive through order servicetraining your English listening and math first then to be a customer service! They charged me more because the mistake they made. There are tons of donut shops in knoxville much better than here, Never order again!
