I ate there at 11:30 3/4/22 and had the steak and chicken teriyaki with vegetables. It was excellent. The rice was moist and not stuck together, the meat tender and flavorful.
Great place for a quick bite. Food is always good, and the place is clean. The servers are friendly and attentive as well. Try the scallops and calamari. They're really good!
Always great service, drive thru has messed up a few times but mistakes happen. Nothing to complain about.
Overall, the food is good but the last 3 times I've ordered from here the rice hasn't been fully cooked.
Drive though was crazy busy , but Addison made sure to get my order correct and to me with an urgency , packed with care . Service was amazing , quite friendly .
Fresh and hot every time. It's worth the wait if served drive thru. Make sure to call ahead for curbside if you're in hurry though.
The food was good and the service was good but the lady in the kitchen who was very loud arguing with other employees was not pleasant at all. I was told her name is Tara and that she was a manager. They have an open kitchen so it was very easy to hear her raising her voice and getting mad with people. Not very professional whatsoever we will not be going back
We had a lovely time! James was our friendly and attentive server. Food was so yummy and included the typical choice of a grilled meat or seafood with rice and a side salad. Loved how busy they stayed all evening. It’s a well known favorite for locals in the Halls area. Would love to return!
Usually Kobe is pretty good but today it's awful. I went through the drive through and there was only one car in front of me and still waited over 20 mins for my food. I wasn't upset though, when I go it's always a wait so I knew going in. The problem I had today was that my chicken and steak were horrible! WAY TOO overdone like I was eating jerky. It made me think...if you didn't spend so much time over cooking, maybe set ice would be a lot better.
Amazing customer service and environment. Got the Samurai Dinner and was happy with it. The staff was proud of their job and it showed. Give Michelle a pay raise.
