this is absolutely my favorite spot in knoxville!! it's a MUST whether you're from the area or just driving through. the atmosphere is fun and welcoming, the music selections are great, and the service is even better! special shoutout to the bartender venessa- she's amazingggg
my absolute favorite place to sing karaoke! the bar has a great atmosphere that's very welcoming to new karaoke singers, and the bartenders are fantastic - especially the blonde with the wild curly hair
Easy to request a song to sing, a bit over priced, $10 for one small cocktail, great atmosphere. Highly recommend for kareoke!
The mood was really fantastic. Practically the whole car was singing karaoke together, I didn't see anyone who wasn't smiling all night.
I’ve been here before and it was really fun but this time we waited 45 minutes for our song and when it was next the female bartender said “it’s a bad file, sorry. If you came here all the time you’d know that” which is poor customer service because obviously not everyone has been there. She was extremely nasty to my party. Also, the bouncer was fighting with patrons in their bar and whenever the fight was coming towards our table (and towards females) a male in our party tried to stop it to keep from other people getting hurt and then was yelled at by the female bartender saying he could “do whatever he wants” when he was clearly not stopping the fight. Bouncers/security should be wearing shirts that say so or should at least be stopping fights and not engaging in them even more. I really loved this place but don’t know if I’ll be back because it felt very unsafe.
We reserved Knoxbox for a private SURPRISE 16th birthday party! Could not have been happier with our experience. Harold, the owner was so easy to communicate with and so helpful the whole time. Vanessa was our bartender and did a great job with giving the kids space while keeping the night moving. Plenty of song choices. Knoxbox came up with mocktails for the group and let me bring cake etc. It was a great night! Thanks Knoxbox!
Bartenders skip songs and or push them back based on how they feel. Was told by multiple regulars that you can pay to have your song pushed towards the front. Also they need a professional bouncer that knows what's going on . This statement goes in many different ways.
Limited experience. Went there with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. Super crowded but vibe was cool and would have stayed longer if not for other reservations. Want to check it but again with morextime.
Love the atmosphere. The staff is excellent. Could use a few more songs in the catalog, but still plenty of songs to choose from. Had a great time
My husband was in Knoxville for business and decided to stop in for a drink. He ended up leaving his wallet on the bar (with a substantial amount of cash inside) and didn't notice until the next morning. We reached out to management and although they were closed they responded quickly and was able to confirm that his wallet was indeed there. When he picked up his wallet everything was still inside even the cash. It's nice to know that there are still honest people in the world. Thank you Knox Box Karaoke for the great drinks, entertainment and honesty.
