I had ordered the rainbow roll. I took a bite out of it and could taste that the shrimp was spoiled, I inspected the rest of the food and discovered the shrimp was growing mold. It was decaying bad and tasted like it. See the attached images. They offered to remake it and that the mold on the shrimp was just contamination from the cutting board. I don’t believe they should have mold on their cutting board. I asked for a refund for the sushi, which I’m thankful they gave me, but I tipped $2 and didn’t receive the $2 back. Their hot food is okay but I won’t be getting their sushi again.
I got one of the rolls with shrimp, and the shrimp was absolutely rancid, and along with that, it had traces of rotting. Never got my top refunded either. After the rotting food and the mice, I will not be returning.
Kichi Asian Cuisine & Sushi at West Town Mall in Knoxville is a great place to go for delicious sushi, noodles, and much more. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here and everything has been well prepared and fresh each time. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

Terrible, I got a a door dash when I was in Powell and drove 17 mins to pick it up just to wait another 15 mins when I arrived. Will not come back.
12/14/21 made 2 orders from door dash and received no veggie fried rice for both orders. Called the store to ask if I could come pick up the order myself and the guy after answering waited a minute after answering and listening just hung up on me. Ignored my call multiple times at around 7:30ish. I’ve been ordering from here for 3 years and have never felt so disrespected. He could have just said he couldn’t help.
Ordered from the “Hot Bar” and the food was cold and soggy. Giving it two stars because it did taste decent.
4☆ because the sushi was fresh, packed tight and delicious. Best sushi roll since moving here. Jalapeño chicken was meh. The steamed rice was good and sticky.I would come just for the sushi. I guess you could say I was "Lucky" to find Kichi... ?Service was fine. I ordered, they served.Pros: Good sushiCons: expensive for mall food ($20), chicken was meh

Ordered Food on tax free week. Charged us tax, had zero care and were rude. No offer of a discount since they claimed they couldn't remove the tax.
