I went for the last time tonight. They never get my order correct, and this time left out items. I always have a very simple order too, but it's always wrong. The lack of care that goes into putting someone's meal together is what's going to ruin this location.
This group working tonight gave out standing service! Got our very large order, fast hot and fresh! The crew was so fast friendly and professional! 5 stars!!!
Currently waiting on a pick up order that I placed over an hour ago to pick up at a certain time then when I get here the lobby is closed for no reason I go thru the drive thru to pick up my order and get told that they are just going to get started on it that if I still want it that it will be another 30 mins wait . I have been a manager for kfc I told the manager there was no excuse that they had more than enough time to prepare the order but I would wait if this is the way your current management is handling their store then they shouldn't be in that position.
I went yesterday thru the drive thru ...not only did they not put my order together correctly.i had three meals each meal all didn't have any mashed potatoes and gravy and one didn't have the slaw either ..then my husband went to eat his slaw and ther was plastic n the slaw that clearly was from the package they mix the dressing in the cabbage or vise versa she was appalled when I told her that.when I called about it the manager which wouldn't tell me her name just the manager names were Kristina and Karen ..said she would refund my money and replace the order ...when I went down there and showed her she laughed about it and was dancing around and then said she would make the food but no refund the order and we aren't talking about a dime size piece of plastic we are talking about 6 inch piece of plastic that could clearly be seen if making or preparing a small side of slaw ...I am appalled by the behavior but the worst part is I keep calling and can't get a district's name or corporate number or anything to talk or report my issue this customer service one is ridiculous and very unprofessional to say the least....I would like a call a number a something and a personal apology not only from the manager who thought it was funny to have plastic in my food but to learn some customer service skills also ...I wouldn't and won't eat at the KFC on Clinton hwy ever again and I will never send anyone there either sad that I spent $30.00 worth of food and didn't even get my food or money back .
The absolute worst KFC we've ever been to . 25 mins in line inside - get my food home and my drink is syrup my wedges are burnt . The woman working the front counter came to the regester eating a chicken wing with sause on her mouth . NO GLOVES ON EITHER . When the manager spoke to me , it sounded like I was talking to a gangster . #CIRCUS
Food is pretty good. People are nice. They ALWAYS have a 15 minute wait for chicken to cook
The Manager did not care about mobile orders I heard her tell the crew so I waited over 20 mins to get my order was about to cancel it but I had placed a $40.00 order will not be back the chicken sucked anyway wish I did cancel it people forget who pay the pay check
We got the #1 2 pc chicken and when we got home, the chicken breast and leg was mini size. It was so small for such a high price, we were hungry again right after we ate! We’ll never go back to any kfc again! You just lost a great customer! The serving size is constantly shrinking while the cost is constantly raising!
The WORST chicken sandwich I have ever had at the Clinton Hwy store. Chicken Had obviously been sitting for a very long time, but they still served it. Chicken was so hard I couldn't bite into it, I could hit it on the counter and hear it, sounded like wood hitting the counter because the breading was so old and HARD, it was loud. I have stayed away from KFC for many years due to low quality food, this attempt to try them again was the worst. They are OFF MY MENU FOREVER!
Day shift manager was VERY RUDE!! I deliver for Grubhub & decided to use the restroom before I picked the order up & I immediately got yelled at for going into the open restroom & yelling saying it was not for the public & I stated I was working for Grubhub ð she continued to say it was not for the public & I stated I was bringing them business but I won't use the restroom... Totally uncalled for.. They need to lock the door if that's the case...
