Terrible as usual I didn't even make it off the drive-thru without having to cancel my order because I was handed a warm cup of soda with no ice I asked them if they had ice and they said no so I told them to cancel the order every time I go to KFC it seems like a problem they're either out of chicken they have no ice or you ask for original and they give you extra crispy I feel the least you can do is let customers know hey we're out of ice do you still want to order or if nothing else run to the gas station and get a few bags of ice people just ain't got no sense no more
I normally love this location but here recently things have changed nothing is ever correct and today I came to get my norm which is 2 famous bowls with extra gravy and two biscuits and yet again they left out my biscuits and the bowls absolutely NO GRAVY the first time I called I got very rudely hung up on and the next 6 times I tried to call no one will pick up... they wasn't busy at all when I came through I am very disappointed and will be contacting corporate
This place is extremely slow, employees working not in uniform just a dirty white t shirt and acts like he’s on medication or drugs. Worst KFC I’ve ever seen.
Slow service but my food was good and my order was right
Made an order online, got to the restaurant and was told they had no more 8pc tenders but could sub it for cookies… Really? Cookies for tenders what a substitute. Was also told they closed at 9pm when in fact the hours on the door said 10pm we got there at 8. The worker acted like he did not want to give us a refund all he could say was call door dash… we didn’t order through door dash. Definitely filing a complaint, horrible service.
My husband went to this location on Chapman Hwy. It is his mom's birthday and that was the meal she wanted. It's not everyday you turn 60! He got there around 7:30PM and went to order the 8 piece family meal. He was told that the bone in chicken that they had was a breast and a wing, and they weren't making anymore chicken for the night. This is the 3rd time this has happened. He left that store and headed to Seymour, where he was able to order our food. They had his chicken ready before he paid. Then my sister-in-law went to the same location to order chicken tenders. It literally looks like what ever boneless chicken was thrown in the bucket. We were seriously looking for a chicken head....
If you're gonna close early, update your information. Submitted order at 7:45pm on a Sunday. When I arrived at 7:55pm they were closed. Yet, they proceeded to confirm order and took the money automatically. After 30 MINUTES on hold I was told order was refunded and I'd receive my refund in 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS!! Since covid began they just open and close as they please. The point I'm trying to make is... physically drive to the location before ordering or deal with this headache. EVERY OTHER KFC has updated hours except this one. Rant over and GOOD LUCK ?
Bruh if the only thing you have for sale a FULL HOUR AND HALF before closing is popcorn chicken. Guess what?You close an hour and half earlier. You shouldn't advertise your hours to include time you only have 1 item for sale.Probably would have been trash anyways so thanks for saving my money I guess.
Extremely considerate and honest staff. My family and I have never had a bad experience here, and the one time we did (given, we came at 10pm) they were out of a few things, were honest about it, and offered to replace the entire meal for me the next day. They are very understanding and care about quality. Which is hard to find in fast food these days. This is definitely the only KFC we will be eating at.
I was treated terrible. This employee was young using profanity @ 6:35 Manager was very professional. I WILL BE BACKNEVER BE V
