Chicken was over $30 for a bucket and no skin was on the chicken. Chicken is tough and we can't eat it. Been trying to call over an hour, busy phone, I'm sure the phone is off the hook. This was dinner for the kids now what are they supposed to eat?
I ordered a two piece extra crispy chicken dinner with mash potatoes and green beans. Also, I ordered chicken livers.I got home and had one regular (not extra crispy) chicken breast and a wing, no mashed potatoes, no green beans, gravy in a bowl, and black burnt chicken livers.This is not the first time this has happened in not getting what we have ordered.I do not recommend this fast food and I am never going back.
I didn't even want to give this KFC one-star, but I couldn't leave a comment if I didn't , the most unprofessional, unorganized place I've ever walked into. There was no cook , not one employee knew how to cook, I told as I walked in. This would be a good place for a restaurant, don't you think? Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone!!
Been trying to call this establishment for quite a while and can’t get an answer. Probably out back by the dumpster smoking like the used to in high school….. terrible way to run a business!
Chicken looked good but was dry. Dog liked it but it wasn't supposed to be for her.
I just don't understand how this place is still in business. Asked for an 8-piece Grilled. Received fried, and KFC's fried chicken should be outlawed in all 50 states. The breading is always a greasy, nauseating layer of mush, and the meat itself tastes like it's days old. I thought I'd try it because I haven't been in a decade, hoping they had improved. They were worse. Much worse. Just........nasty!!
This is really a good KFC always consistent and always good. Coleslaw is the best in town and the extra crispy chicken is great we always get chicken breast meals, also their french fries are terrific
We went to the drive thru and the staff working the window were outside smoking in the back totally oblivious to the fact that there are people waiting to get their food. ? Unsanitary!!
While the food itself was not bad, the experience of obtaining it was a little different. If you're planning on hitting the drive thru for a family dinner, be prepared to wait 20+ minutes (I was in the drive thru last night for nearly half an hour). A manager also had to be called to ring up the Beyond Chicken (which I do recommend! The breading could use a little work, but my family and I could not distinguish it from actual chicken). The overall experience could definitely use some improving.
Terrible customer service. Inappropriate comments from both male workers. NEVER GO HERE! tried to call 8 times to speak to a manager and no one answers the phone!
