My wife picked up two sandwiches from Kelly's and brought them home. Let me begin by saying we are pretty picky with the food we order; being from Philadelphia Pa, we are accustomed to good food.Kelly's food was an 11 out of 10.The Reuben was absolutely amazing, great bread and meat.... It was a winner ?.The Philly Cheese Steak was perfect, quality meat on an Amoroso roll, prepared exactly the way it's made in it's native city.We will be very regular customers at Kelly's Kitchen of Knoxville.
Small family owned restaurant that has made the best Reuben I've ever tasted! Will return soon!Also if you like a positive employee atmosphere, as a guest, I definitely seen it. You can feel the love the employees have for each other.

I’ve only visited once…but wow! Slightly elevated prices support significantly elevated quality and attention to detail. Fresh in-house roasted pork and bread “imported” from Miami supported a wonderful Cuban sammich. Staff is friendly, and the owner was roaming to great and chat.I will absolutely return. Please note that the sandwich of photo does not do it justice.
I heard good things so I finally went. Got the Chicago Beef with mild relish(?) and spicy on the side. Absolutely phenomenal. Need to try something new next time, but it will be tough! Maybe the best sandwich I’ve ever had. If they were closer or open for dinner I would be happily broke.
I ordered a Kelly’s Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was amazing! The staff were very polite and professional. Kelly’s Kitchen must’ve done a good job on their homework on signature sandwiches, where they come from and and especially the service and quality of the food. I would definitely recommend this place for a good Philly cheesesteak sandwich.

Fortunately the food was good because the place itself was dirty. The bathrooms were horrible. We got the Chicago style Italian beef sandwich and it was good. It could have been a little warmer, but good. My daughter found this place yesterday and says it was not filthy then. Maybe it is a staff issue today? Or maybe my daughter just wasn’t paying attention. The napkin holders clearly had not been wiped down in quite some time. There was food strung all the way across the counter on the customers side, behind the meat slicer. The soda fountain had not been cleaned in sometime either. The lady working was very friendly! Hopefully they will address these issues and put policies in place for staff so this is not a constant issue. I’ll try it one more time in hopes of.
