We tried Kazoku Hibachi Express tonight at Creekside food truck park for the first time, I have to say the Chicken Hibachi was great it was cooked to order and surprisingly not dry. At the price of $12.50 per dinner not too bad. I’m definitely coming back.
The service was horrible and they wouldn’t refund us our money back.
Caryville Tennessee location extremely unprofessional. Charged for items and didn’t include them in order. Stay away, will be performing a charge back.
Rice was under cooked and hard. ¼ of my beef wasn’t cooked all the way either. Didn’t have much if a teriyaki flavor either. But I did get my food fast.
Great food! I was very impressed. It may be the best hibachi I’ve had. My daughter and husband will not normally eat this type of food and they liked it. I will eat there again if I have the opportunity. Highly recommend!
Walked down with my coworkers for lunch this afternoon. Some of the best Hibachi I've ever had. You can taste how they don't overcook their steak and just overall the quality of the food compared to any Japanese restaurant. I'll be eating from here any time you're at the UCOR building!
