Love my jersey Mike's subs never a complaint here only price but I still buy them because they are just so good . Freshly made . Staff very friendly place very clean its a drive for my family but since we found out it's here we try to go at least once a month . If it my choice I'd eat there probably everyday lol
One of the best Jersey Mike's we've been to. Great management is evident in the cleanliness of the eating area and the sandwiches were great!
I really like their deli meat, but it's a shame that I can't trust going there anymore. Twice now, the wraps they've used for my sandwich, were hard. And occasionally I use the bathroom while I'm waiting for my food, & the toilet was disgusting, like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was also water stains all over the mirror. I went back a week later, & it had the same stains in the toilet, as well as the mirror. I'm sorry, but if you can't even clean a toilet every day...what else aren't you cleaning. It's a shame that the employees at Jersey Mike's, have no work ethic, when it comes to cleanliness & product quality. This is the 2nd Jersey Mikes I've seen with the same issues. It's time to find a different sub shop.
If you want to drive out of your way, get there 30 minutes before close, only for them to have closed early, go ahead and order from here
Not good customer service at all. I came in to pick up my order after 20 minutes. I come into the store and all three employees ignored me for five minutes knowing I was standing there. They didn't have my order ready. I think I'm going to stick with Lenny's back in my hometown where it's headquartered. I don't want to even try Lenny's located in Knoxville. Never have I experienced such bad customer service, will not be spending my money at this chain anymore.
5 stars for Lucas and Corey. 1:00 on Sunday after Christmas and they were the only 2 working with a line to the door and online orders rolling in like crazy. They could not have worked any harder, especially Lucas. He was manning the grill and making the cold sandwhiches while Corey did the toppings/fixings and ran the register/takeouts. They deserve a bonus!
Lucas made my fiance and I a Philly cheese steak that was absolutely delicious. Even toasted our bread.... Will be back...Clean bathrooms, clean everything...
