I ordered food from this place and my order was entirely wrong! I've gone in here many times over the last few years and usually the food has been great, especially the salad bar. However, the last couple of times I've gotten food from here it's been terrible! The quality and efficiency have really gone in the trash, as well as you'll be lucky if you even get the correct items you ordered. I will not be back or order anything from here again. I'm utterly disgusted with my most recent experience.

NOT FOR VEGETARIANS.....When people order a veggie sandwich- make it like a meat replacement...load it up w veggies. I have so much bread, 5 spinach leaves & one slice of tomato, 7 barely there mushroom slices, a teeny little smear of avocado. Undetectable mayo & mustard. I guess the cheese is ok. But wow such a weak sandwich. Super disappointed & will not return.

The soup was decent. Found out only when we tried to go back up that the unlimited salad bar is now limited, meaning we paid full price for a relatively tiny salad since we expected to go a second round. The dishes were also exceptionally dirty. I had to wipe down my own before I felt comfortable eating.

Not really that happy with this particular experience. My baked potato with saturated in a plate of melted butter. The butter went half way through the potato and just made it mushy. The salad bar had a lot of fresh items that I enjoyed. There was a female dark-haired employee working who was extremely loud. We could hear her all the way across the restaurant. So that was a little annoying.

$15 for a baked potato and small soup is outrageous. The salad bar is open during a pandemic and they subtracted the ice cream machine. Not one mask on any employee. I equate that with being Republican. The founder died in 2019. Maybe it was bought out by socially irresponsible people? I’ll never be back.

Last few times I’ve ordered online my food hasn’t been ready for pick up by time. My husband had to wait an additional 20 minutes. $15 for a bowl of soup and sandwich (no drink). I wouldn’t mind if the food was good, but my sandwich was beyond burnt. Disgusting and did not even eat it. Won’t ever go back! I don’t know if they need more staff or what, but don’t sell a burnt sandwich for $7+. Ridiculous.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Everything feels clean.

Food was good but due to staffing issues (people not showing up to work). The dinning room was closed.

Good lunch spot. Ordered the Reuben and Beefeater. Reuben needs more dressing and the kraut could use more kick. The Beefeater was perfect!4* for pricing...I get making a profit but $50 for 2 people is a stretch!

Ordered a pastrami sandwich for delivery, with American cheese. When it arrived there was a cold Kraft single sitting sadly on top of each sandwich half. No effort to put the cheese IN the sandwich let alone early enough in the process that it gets melted? Anerican is about as soft and easy to melt as a cheese gets so it's very evident they just dropped a cold slice on top as this headed out the door. How about even a modicum of effort? The pastrami itself is fine. 2 stars
