My go to coffee shop! They have delicious and fun drinks and great pastries! The shop is so cool and I find a lot of gift ideas in there. Oh and their plant selection is awesome! I’ve purchased two plant babies and they are thriving. My favorite drink is an iced matcha latte, no one makes them better than Jacks!
Really cool, small, hole in the wall coffee shop. Great place to sit down and relax. They've got a sweet deck in the back that makes you feel like you're sitting in the forest.
A cool place for tea and an oatmeal bar! Great people working there. And local artwork hanging on the wall! Loved it!

This coffee shop is delightful. I really wish that the outdoor patio was open on a regular basis. It’s a beautiful space. I was disappointed on Sunday when the patio was closed despite the weather having cleared. The patio is what makes this space special.
Jacks has the best espresso drinks we’ve tried in downtown Knoxville. Their flavors are beautifully subtle, and the foam is so thick, it’s like a meringue. They also have such a fun selection of plants at every growing stage as well as merchandise from a variety of local artists and vendors. Its cozy interior with intimate little tables makes it the perfect place for a coffee date.

Jack’s has become one of my favorite studying and conversation spots. I love to sit in the back patio at the Gay St location. It’s a perfect nature oasis right in the middle of Old City. And all the goodies inside are great to browse through for a study break or conversation starter. As for coffee, they have the best seasonal lattes at the perfect sweetness level. Stop by Jack’s for an enjoyable local Knoxville experience!
Jacks is the best around! Not only is their Fruit Bomb latte life changing, but so is their back patio, locally sourced gifts and friendly baristas. Don’t walk but run to Jacks! Yum!
