Hands down the best meal my wife and I have ever had. From the service to the food, everything was amazing! We started with the smoked bologna sliders, then had their bolognese pasta. Our main courses were the Ribeye and the Braised Pork Osso Bucco. We finished the meal with the Panna Cotta with fresh berry compote. Our waitress was amazing, and the atmosphere comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful staff! We felt welcome the minute we arrived. Hayden was outstanding. The menu offers something for any ones taste. Oysters, tartare and cornbread for starters. My friends shared the generous ribeye while I enjoyed the ossobuco pork shank. All very good.Meal topped off with a few shared deserts. Great spot for special occasions. Probably would not recommend bringing the kids unless they have rather mature palates.
Visiting Knoxville and read some good reviews and gave it a try. Was half a block from our hotel (The Oliver).Greeted and seated right away with a reservation I made.Our waiter Zachary was phenomenal with his knowledge and passion for serving his customer.We tried the beef tarter, an egg small plate, hush puppies and corn bread. Everything was delicious. We never got a main course as we had been satisfied. We did leave room for the 3 scoops of homemade ice cream. Great ending.If you are a foodie that enjoys chef prepared farm to table, this is the place.We will be back.

My girlfriend and I went for our anniversary because we'd been talking about going for years. I'm a fool for waiting so long. The service, atmosphere, and aromas were outstanding. The actual meal was unlike anything I've ever had. It was a stellar evening and honestly the best dining experience of my life.
Excellent service. Healthy flavorful unique dishes. Flavorful Town food. Get the hush puppies, salad, shrimp. Seasonal menu items. Charred pea and arugula salad, roasted bone marrow was amazing, scallion hushpuppies & BBQ onion applies, crispy potato with salmon roe best thing ever. The food is so good that these pictures are not edited.
This was our first time here. Our server, Kennedy, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The food was excellent. We had oysters and smoked fish dip, arugula salad, and Bolognese before the entrees. I had the pork osso bucco (pictured) and my wife had the NY strip. We should have allotted more time to dinner; we had to skip dessert to get to a show.
This place has amazing food and amazing service. We took suggestions from our waiter for what to order and all the food and our drinks were amazing. When we showed up for our reservation, we were seated next to a birthday party and bachelorette party. Management noticed how loud it was asked if we wanted to move to a quieter spot. I also spilled some sauce on myself and the girl at the bar shared her tide pen with me, which was thoughtful. :)
The tables were so close together I couldn't help but overhear everything being said at nearby tables. We intended to order dinner but the noise was so loud that we had one drink then left.
