If I could give it a zero I would! We arrived around 5:20 they still had 40 minutes until closing time, knowing we eat quick and they cook quick we figured it would be great…wrong! The moment we arrived our server Laura V. Did not seem to want us there at all. My fiancé ordered a breakfast sampler and I ordered a bowl. It took about 8 minutes to receive the food and we were so disappointed in what was placed in front of us. I’m not sure how the cook or server could even look at it and say they would eat it. EVERYTHING was over cooked and definitely felt like it was scraped from the bottom. We asked her to remake the bacon in which she responded “well that’s what we had left we close in a moment” she had them “remake” it but the second batch was just as bad. My partner is also gluten free and she arrived with gluten pancakes thankfully we know the difference and asked the be remade they were the only decent thing about this visit. It was obvious we weren’t happy and she didn’t seem to care she was ready to get us out of there, she made no attempt to correct the obvious barely touched food or to comp anything. We still tipped and paid as we are in the restraint industry ourselves. But as we went to leave the door was locked. We left at 5:43(short visit due to terrible service) they don’t close until 6! There’s a reason this place is falling apart and tonight showed us why! We will never return here we will drive across town before we deal with this waste of money again!
We had the one of the BEST dining experiences at this particular ihop. Highly recommended!!!MARY was our server and she was on point with all of our orders (party of 8) always had our coffee full, and SO INCREDIBLY friendly.This makes all the difference when people take the time to take their family out and share a meal. Bravo for getting it right! Thank you Mary for going ABOVE AND BEYOND and making it so special, and memorable, especially for our kids’ first time at IHOP.God bless!
Really not a good experience at all...waitress was acting like she was being bothered being there..not very friendly at all. Hashbrowns were not cooked ..hashbrowns inside the burrito were not cooked.never asked how our meal was..table right next to us was dirty and never cleaned from the time we came in and still dirty when we left..I will never come here again.. extremely disappointed
Picking up a take out order and they made my order after the people who came in after me. Crazy do I not exist, how I feel every time I come in here and instantly regret it! It’s like they are only fueled to do something if there is a potential Tip from serving someone
Waitress Sam was great thankyou Sam, 2 of the four silverware had some dried egg on the forks, people behind us came after us and had their food before we did had to wait to be seated and counted four tables empty and 3 more needed to be cleaned off, food could have been alittle warmer but food was good
This was my $15.67 breakfast also had a small milk. Not worth $15.67. It took 45 minutes to get my to go food and only got it because I said I wanted my money back. I sympathize that they are under staffed so I understand the long wait but the amount of food for the price was a bit to much.

our server Sam was very nice and patient, food was timely and soooo good. not a lot of vegetarian options but thats just a traditional aspect lol. very clean and the lighting was nice. i got the Nuts and Oats pancake plate, my boyfriend got the regular pancake combo and he ate it all before i could get a good picture. he also got the cinnamon pancakes which he had gone soon after the photo was taken. will come again:)
Very understaffed...like most places now. Our server Brandon was being overwhelmed by the table across from us, but he did a good job tending to his other tables. Food was good.
Best breakfast I've had in a while, definitely worth the price for the quality of food. Simply unmatched.
