This is the worst ihop My wife and I have ever been , everything came out wrong including the bill. The food was terrible and cold, nothing we ordered came out correct ! The waitress Jennifer was a disgrace she was rude and hid in the kitchen the whole time. Then when it came time for the bill she was out right awful and made a mockery of the place! Don’t go here , everyone including us sat there and waited over an hour, when it came to their drinks she took 20 minutes just to bring out waters! And the management wasn’t any better! Just so sad of an experience, never again will we go there! Very disappointing and disheartening!
Me and my wife just eat at this location, it was 3:05 in the afternoon and when we went in found out they were closing at 4pm due to lack of staff, only one girl was working the cash register and the dining room. The girl was very polite no problems with her, other than after we received our order had to ask her for napkins because there was none at the table or with our order, my wife ordered the chicken tenders with Mac and cheese and broccoli, she got the chicken tenders and broccoli but no Mac and cheese and didn't get any utensils to eat the broccoli. I ordered a blt with fries and the blt was cold not even warm at best and on top of that there was something crunchy in the sandwich like eating egg shells, the drinks they served were awful tasting as well and then felt as tho we had to hurry up and finish our meal so they could close. This was our first and last visit to this IHOP
Me and daughter stop by only 2 other coupls there put use all three together back to back couple behind use was really loud we heard his life story. They should always space you out waitress have there reas rule of thumb to space out. We just got up and moved and finished our food. Last time I went only one other couple we were eating no one ever came check on use I was out daughter was out of drinks I walked back manager and waitress were in his office sitting down laughing and having conversations we need something to drink now. Haven't seen no one on floor she came out said I'm sorry I said no your not you would have been out there doing your job if you were that sorry
I would give a negative 5 star but you can't. We had a waitress that forgot our drinks and her excuse was that somebody was SUPPOSE to bring them out. Then when SOME of our order came out her excuse again was they forgot to cook it. It wasn't busy at all and what food we had was cold. Then the waitress had gotten an attitude with us. Not recommended to go there at all.
Can't complain about the food. Went in for all you can eat pancakes. Servers didn't know who's section was who's, so I sat there for a bit before they decided who my server was gonna be, even though there was only about 4 tables occupied.So Amanda introduces herself, I told her I was there for the special "All you can eat pancakes". She asked what combo I wanted and I told her again I wanted to order the all you can eat pancakes. Long story short, Amanda needs more experience on serving. There was a few issues, but no need to drag them out. Amanda would have gotten a much better tip than what I left if she had done her job more efficiently.
Place an order to go online was told it would be ready at 10:18, had my mom go pick it up. She sat there for an hour waiting and all they could tell her was they didn’t know when it would be ready because they’re short staff. Short staff or not my number was provided with the order so if they knew it was going to be a whole hour late why not call and give a heads up instead of having my mom come up there and wait outside for a whole hour? Then I call and ask about my order and I get nothing but rude tone and zero apologies. Was told it would be ready at 10:18am my mom did not receive the order until 11:24am, very unprofessional
Food was great. However, service and cleanliness was not so great. I understand they are short handed but it's not an excuse for not doing the job at hand. They weren't too busy not to get their job done.
Pleasing full menu with quick, pleasant service. Breakfast always served as ordered and plenty of coffee at your table. An everyman reliable food stop.
We had the strawberry and swedish crepes and they were really good. The toppings were very tasty. I'm a big fan of lingonberries. The crepes themselves were cooked just right. Our server was awesome. She was very attentive but not overly so. Much better than our last IHOP experience!
Since this is nearby, I would love for this Ihop to have 5 stars. But it does flip-flop from good to bad. This morning the service was good but the food was not. Gravy was terrible, kind of like glue. Over-well eggs were runny. Pancakes served on a smaller plate leave no room for syrup. The coffee wasn't and hasn't been good for a long time and it's almost always luke warm, not piping hot like it used to be. Extra napkins seem to be bathroom napkins. It used to always be good but not anymore. We used to go about once every week but now it's once a month or so. I hate to see them go down but there's a good chance of that. I wish the owner could get with serious managers and fix the issues and make this place what it could be.
