Best hibachi/sushi place hands down. Soups are fantastic, the hibachi is fantastic, and the sushi holds the same standard. You can forget about any other place, they don’t compare to Ichiban.
Made a doordash order an hour and a half before they closed. 15 minutes before closing, no doordasher was available. Called the restaurant to let them know we were picking up our own order, to not hand it to anyone, and the lady said that was fine. 5 minutes from arriving we are notified that a doordasher picked up our food. Rushed back home, met the father and opened our container. Food wascold, no utensils or even SOY SAUCE. Ordered sushi and it was obvious that even the fish sat there a while. Totally negligent and when on the phone with the staff was yelled at that it wasnt their problem and to call doordash customer service and got hung up on.

You will not be disappointed!This place has a relaxing, positive atmosphere. love how it's set up, it's beautifully laid out. The staff are fantastic.The food was wonderful, I absolutely enjoyed my dinner. I had visited the area from Johnson City & we decided to eat at this place. So from almost 2 hours away from home, imo, this restaurant has the best food compared to what I'm used to from my hometown. The price was actually a lot cheaper than what I initially expected. Great food at a great price ? I will definitely coming back here next time I'm in the area!
Got serviced by Boss and he was excellent from the time I walked to the time that I left (he's actually the one who took the picture for me lol), I ordered the sushi party which boss made it himself and it was every bit of delicious as it sounds will definitely be back, definitely worth every penny.
Fast and friendly service. The staff went above and beyond waiting on our family. We ordered a variety of dishes and loved then all. When our two girls (7 and 2 years old) agree on the food, ot has to be good!
I’m honestly highly disappointed in my experience today at ichiban. I rarely get to eat out and sit down with my family and today I barely got any service due the waiter handling every table and to go orders . He didn’t come back to the table once we had the food so I couldn’t tell him he forgot part of our order ( a cali roll ) and that I actually didn’t like what I had ordered . I would’ve paid for it still but I didn’t even get the option to pick a different meal to enjoy with the rest of my family . At the end he realized the mistake and took the cali roll off the receipt but I’m still hungry from not getting to eat anything . If you’re planning on going out to dine in and have a good time and good Asian food I’d just go somewhere else . Maybe the to gos are a better option for here .
I've been eating here off and on for years they are always friendly it's always clean the food in my experiences is always good I personally like the bento box dinners you get a good variety in them and I can never finish it all it's alot of food but I don't mind having left overs. I have tried alot of their sushi rolls and have enjoyed them all . I can honestly say after trying many different things here I have never had anything I didn't like . This is a great place to dine in or take out . If you haven't been here before you should definitely give them a try.
Absolutely love this place! Owner greets me so kindly every time I come in, which is probably once a week, and the food is amazing! Best asian food in this area!

Fresh fish and a quick service! Although to be fare, I arrived around 1 PM which many people were done eating. But my waiter was quick and he was the one making me my lunch! I ordered Sashimi chief selection and sea weed salad. The sashimi was gone in no time. Total bill came $20. I had water. Definitely recommend this place.
