HONEYBEE COFFEE CO. at West Town Mall in Knoxville is a great place to go for quality coffee and much more. I really like the location and atmosphere that they have available here. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here.
Consistently good product & service at West Town location. Baristas make you feel welcome & seemingly enjoy their job. Farragut is hit or miss - typically no finesse, or at least not consistently. Although, they are usually busier, so less time to engage, smile, chat etc.

Stopped here in Sevierville location. Ordered an iced brown sugar latte. Delicious! Cute little shop and the barista was very friendly! Will definitely visit there again before we leave the area!
Visiting out of state and this was highly recommended from locals. The staff is amazing & very knowledgeable for their products & giving suggestions. I wish I had found this spot sooner but only got to enjoy it for three consecutive days in a row. Absolutely on point for their drink options. The chocolate brownie is also amazing.
Oh I love every honeybee location that I’ve been to. I typically get their macadamia nut milk which is some thing I’ve never gotten anywhere else but it is so good. I have tried almost everything on the menu and I can say it’s always a really good cup of coffee or Matcha or a really good drink no matter what I get.
Sometime you need something to wake you either a rattlesnake(plant) or a dirty chai.

Happy to find a place to spend my coffee allowance lol. Seriously if you're looking for a different smell to indulge or experience to taste. Stop by and grab a cup or a bag (highly recommend investing in a bag as they will make you a cup from the bag you purchase). Thank you to the owners and staff.
Super cute coffee shop in West Town Mall! Staff was very friendly and the line moved quickly. The macaroons were delicious and when I accidentally spilled coffee everywhere (Sorry!) the girls behind the counter were super cool about it and got me another one. Would definitely recommend and come back!
