Awesome coffe/brewery that we stumbled upon. Really fun and a little hipster chic vibe going on.Definitely recommend their Honeybee Nitro cold brew if you need a decent pick me up before exploring Knoxville.
Their cappuccino is excellent! Best in town. Their chai latte is also really good, and so is their matcha latte. The place is nice. The only downside is that their music is usually waaaay too loud.
Great coffee, great baked goods, chill atmosphere, and now they have beer! Only downside is location - Kingston Pike is an annoying road to enter and exit from the parking lot.
And the award for the best coffee not just in Farragut but all of Knoxville and beyond goes to..HONEYBEE I've been there everyday and twice on Sunday! Not only thr best coffee an awesome atmosphere I love the remodel of the car bays it's lovely great vibes amazing service awesome truck thank you guys see you in the morning
Popped on by HoneyBee to check out their new beer line. I am BLOWN AWAY! This may very well be the best brewery in Knoxville now. If you are a beer lover, you absolutely must check out HoneyBee on Kingston Pike. Outstanding!
Great Friday night out for the live music by the saxophone and guitar duo ‘Frog & Toad’ that was part of weeklong celebration of opening up a kitchen to serve food in addition to their drinks menu. Delicious hot food, refreshing cold beer, and amazing live music at a pleasant volume level provided an excellent ambiance. What’s not to love? Will definitely be back, especially to see more live music!
Really good lattes and a fun place to hang out when visiting Knoxville. Definitely check them out.
Absolutely love the people and the coffee (although it is about $4-$6 each cup). Honeybee is my favorite place to study because of how open it is — great big windows and high ceilings — and almost everyone else is studying/working too. But 1/3 of the tables don’t have outlets.
I happened to be sitting near what I pressumed was an owner on my 1st and only trip to this coffee shop to study. He was talking to some friends about something and I happened to take my headphones off at the exact moment he was expressing his disgust for fat people, the skinny woman sitting next to him started laughing. Hmm... Its not funny to make fun of others for any reason. Im just one little bee in this great big world but that will be my one and only time giving my hard earned money to this place. The staff wasnt that nice either. I stood there at the counter for awhile before I was acknowledged. They didnt have much knowledge about the coffee when I asked for a no sugar option. It was a deer in the headlights look duh duh duh.... and she pointed to the teeny little sign in front of her. Hmm ok welp. The variety sucks, there is only one size option- very small for 6plus dollars! I'd rather pay $6 at starbucks for a venti! I made a much better and cheaper coffee at home.
Customer service here is lacking. The 2 coworkers chatted the entire time. You almost had to interrupt them (standing in the same spot for 1 hour 15 min) to serve you. Made them aware the electrical outlets didn't work to which they replied "yea, we know", asked for water and the barista tipped her head sideways in the general direction of where I could get water. Found it, but did I just start a new job today? The place was full; however, neither employee checked on any of the customers for refills, repurchases or new purchases. Sorry you're too busy to sell coffee and treats. I would have come to the counter to ask for more coffee but I didn't want to leave my $800 laptop, my phone, my purse, my coat at the table unattended to do so. Customer service is a 2 out of 10. May I offer you a hot, steaming cup of shut the heck up so you can do your job and wait on customers?
