Cool spot to sit by the window and sip on their drinks. Very relaxing and delicious with friendly customer service. My favorite has been Taro milk with boba and a few more.
This is such a gem! The crepes are delicious. The teas are fresh brewed and the slush is made with real fruit?. They are so friendly and attentive. It was quite busy and they did fabulous ?
I’d never had Boba tea but saw a blurb about this new shop coming on a local website and knew I had to stop in. I got the Bubble Milk Tea and it was sooooo good. I had no idea what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. I’ll definitely be back for the crepes and cakes and fruit teas as well. The customer service was 10/10!

I have nothing but praises for Hello Tea House. I appreciate the calm minimalist environment. They sell yummy crepes, but I'm a huge fan of the bomb cakes. For my last birthday, I purchased three light and fluffy cakes - mango, chocolate, & strawberry. My guests loved them! Everyone wanted to know how I'd managed to track down cakes that aren't overtly sweet, but still satiating. I'm deeply impressed and wish Hello Tea House all of the success in the world. ❤️

I tried their milk tea with tapioca boba as well as fruit tea and it had a great chewy texture. A lot of places will mess this up but they have it nailed here. Will be back when I stop through Knoxville again!
