We never get our whole order, if we do, it's either cold and hard feeling or made wrong. We give up on Hardee's. Their food used to be fantastic.
The lobby was still closed at 7:30am. I waited in the drive thru lane for 12mins, then I pulled out to go inside. Mistake on my part. Who knows when the lobby opens. The sign says 5am. Not. I ordered 3 biscuit & gravy, not not knowing that they just throw the gravy on top of the biscuits & not in the bowl anymore. Talk about a mess when I got home. No more sunday trips to Hardee's for me. I will just cook her gravy & biscuits at home from now on. The food really sucked. The biscuits where like a hard hockey puck. Good lucky everybody.
Attempted for a second time to enjoy a Hardee's burger with my husband tonight. And for a second time, we checked online for the hours of operation to which it states they are open from 5 a.m to 11 p.m. Upon arriving at approximately 9:30 p.m May 31, 2022 we found a deserted parking lot and the establishment was void of ALL signs of employment... That will be my LAST attempt of enjoying a burger there!!! Thanks for NOTHING!!!
Food is always great. I hesitate to call Hardee's a "fast" food restaurant though. Don't expect quick service, and you'll never be dissatisfied.
I didn't even get to order my food. I saw the 2 women in front of me had such issues w the food that had already been given to them. The 2 employees looked like high-school students just there for a paycheck. OWNER!!!....If you don't fire and replace the whole staff, you will continue to lose money. There is no reason this restaurant can't flourish in this location. Your downfall is your employees.
Manager is rude and probably racist. Definitely gonna go out of my way to go to another Hardee’s. She was even cussing out her employees while we were in the dinning room.
This location is horrible. They advertise on the windows to place your order ahead of time and pick it up through the drive-through. Is the app also correlates doing the same. However when I do that they act like they don't understand how I managed to place an order online. My drink was a completely wrong drink than what I ordered. I was not given the extra piece of sausage I paid for. And I purchased the sausage gravy biscuit combo which should have been sausage gravy, but instead it was playing gravy. I will not come back to this location they have some training and learning they need to do.
Had to go to the doctor and couldn't eat before labs, so when I got out of the doctors office I seen Hardee's. I went through the drive through and everyone was super nice. I just discovered they have french toast sticks now and they was so delicious.
I pulled through at 10:30 and was about to order breakfast when the drive thru menu flashed over to lunch. That was fine, so I asked the drive-through person, is breakfast over? she said “we serve breakfast every day until 11”. I replied that I couldn’t order breakfast without seeing the menu, and she said “Then have a nice day”
This is the 5th time I've come for breakfast during hours and they have been closed. Workers are in the store, but they refuse to answer the drive in or have any communication. They simply ignore guests until people drive away
