We attended the Independence Day celebration at the museum of Appalachia. There was a line for these burgers. There was a wait for this gift for the the smash burgers this man and his family brought to the people waiting for this flavor bomb.I consider myself a burger cook, Juicy loosely, onion pepper packed, And so many combinations.What this man provides to the waiting crowd is worth waiting for. His family is very kind and wanting everyone to enjoy their hard work.We witnessed people upset with the time of delivery....... But when they received their meal. NO COMPLAINTS!
